via the website and within 10 minutes he called me. Within an hour he was here to replace a deadbolt and two cylinders at my shop. He was nice and professional, and did not charge me extra for it being a Sunday. Compared to the other locksmiths I have used this guy is an 11 on a 1-10 scale. Thanks!"

"This company was very uncooperative about providing services outside of conventional M-F 9-5 hours. The man who answered the phone was gruff and unhelpful when I asked if it was possible to have someone come in the evening or on Saturday to give an estimate. He told me there was no way we were going to find a locksmith to do the work outside of those hours. He wouldn't even try to come on a weekend early in the morning (before 9am) or later in the day (4pm). We did in fact find a very nice and helpful company who came on Sunday afternoon, and did not even charge us for non-business hours. If you want to get some nice guys with very flexible schedules call No Stop Lock instead."

was great. Got there before i could even get home and was nice and efficent. Originally had broken our condos front door lock he replaced that in like 5min then gave me a deal on re-keying the other doors to our apt. because the developer still had keys. Have nothing but great things to say about the experience the new keys and locks work great, the old ones were a really sticky and hard to open. "
