I decided against installing the sprinkler system because of some additional plumbing work that would then be needed to be done in my house.

"They did a very poor job. The system has never really worked very well. I have had a lot of flooding. The sprinkler patterns were very poorly done. We get a lot of water on the patio and not on the grass. They want $600 to correct the problem which was their mistake. The maintenance contact is about $300 per year which is just to turn and off the ...more system. I was told included maintenance, but I always got charged for any repairs. For example, they tried to charge me $350.00 just to move one sprinkler head and replace a broken one (which took no more than 20 minutes during the turn on process, i.e. they were at my house already). When I complained about the price, they said that they would not service me in the future. That was fine with me, I would never use them again."

It was a pleasure to work with this Group. I have since hired them to Pressure wash our pool deck and roof and had them seal coat our drive way. My sister hired them in August of 2009 to do a tree removal of a very large cotton Wood that 5 other tree services didnt want to work on, the job went great, My sister is more then happy> i just signed a new contract for them to install a new concrete floor at our car wash. "Our underground sprinkler system was in poor working order, and one zone was completely broken. inspected the system and gave us a few options for repair, along with a very reasonable estimate. Some of the minor work was completed that same day. The crew was professional and courteous, and took the time to explain each step of their progress. Following their work they tested each individual zone, and made sprinkler head adjustments or replaced sprinkler heads where necessary. They even took extra precautions to minimize damage to the lawn. "They are a good company. They are responsive. I had some issues with them when they first installed it. The sprinkler is supposed to go on at night. However, when they left, it was going off during the day. I went and looked at it at night to see why it was running during the day. All it was, is they set the time wrong. I called the office the next ...more day and let them know that the time was wrong. Rather than send someone out, she was able to tell me how to reset the clock and that made it work correctly. I thought it was really cool that they were willing to work with me rather than make me wait days to send someone out. If you have a problem you can fix yourself, they will help you do that. I think that is very good. We have a contract with them and will continue to use them."
