"
Chicago HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
was able to accommodate my schedule and did his work pretty efficiently and fast. He cleaned the furnace burners and flame sensor and also vacuumed inside the unit. Inspected the furnace and recommended future issues that might come up. He has brought in a filter with him and installed the new filter. Overall he was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I will hire him again if there are issues in the future.

"While my initial contact through the website went without a reply, I still phoned them, and spoke with Ardi. Ardi was able to schedule an appointment for early afternoon on the next day. Ardi gave me a two-hour window; however, phoned right at the early part of the window to verify if I was home and ready for him.
He arrived shortly after the phone call. I originally wanted to have the thermostat location moved to a more ideal location, and Ardi discussed options; however, due to the amount of contraction work involved, decided to have the Nest thermostat installed at the present location. Installation took about 5-10 minutes, and prior to connecting the thermostat wiring, checked-in with me to verify how I wanted the Nest mounted. After installation, we walked through the setup process for the Nest.
We also had discussed the installation of a whole house humidifier considering the limited space in my mechanical closet. Will likely be using them again for the installation of a humidifier system that will fit into my limited space.

"
Chicago HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
was extremely thorough and professional throughout our experience with them. Our noise issue was unusual and required a couple of extra appointments. There was no additional charge for these extra calls and all pricing we faced was quite fair and reasonable. Without hesitation, I will use
Chicago HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
for all future HVAC services. When you get someone who knows what they are doing for a fair price, you stick with them!"

"The service calls are always non eventful. You schedule a time that works for you. The morning of service, the
Chicago HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
office calls to tell you what time the technician will be at your home and they are always there right on time. If they are servicing someone before you and have more problems than they anticipated and run late, they will call to say they will be late or ask if you want to reschedule. I think that happened once in all these years. They are very thorough with the cleaning and inspecting of the systems.

"First of all, the customer service is really outstanding. Scheduling was easy, I received a call confirming my appointment, and the professional showed up on time. As a first time home owner, I found the guy very informative, and he gave me lots of advice. I ended up signing up for a monthly package - I need to get some extra work done on my older furnace, and you get some nicely reduced prices when you sign up for this. He also arranged for someone to come out and give me an estimate on a new furnace. I decided against it - due to a few reasons - but the price I was quoted was a bit high. They did, however, offer an awesome financing package.

"I had to call this provider a couple times before I was able to get a call back. I found it a little annoying at first, b/c all I got was an answering machine and no one ever called me back. After I called on my 3rd try at a different time, I was able to set up an appointment. Not a big deal, but I think they could be better at responding to messages. As for the work, everything was great. The person who came out mentioned I had two faulty sensors and showed me the burnt part. Replaced both of them and gave me a coupon to do my AC unit in the summer. I would try them again for the AC unit. I thought they did a good job and were very clean and explained what they were doing with the unit and things to look out for.

"This review applies to both
Chicago HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
Angie's List-- both get a F on this deal.
Chicago HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
could not fulfill the deal, they were oversold, but rather than inform me about their situation, they instead used stall tactics to drag it out: send us pictures of your heater, send us your personal email and phone number, ect. They refused to communicate by any means than Angie's List message system, and then after two weeks of stalling, had the nerve to try schedule my installation in April or the summer! I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them-- sure, install the heater humidifier in the summer and then when winter
Chicago HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
around and it doesn't work, they'll be nowhere to be found.
And Angie's List-- don't you have any skin in the game? I depended on
Chicago HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
to weed out just these types of bandits-- what good are you, if your 'big deals' are nothing but big disasters? I can use the yellow pages and have just as much luck. I may request a refund for my membership-- seems like $60 annual fee is exorbitant amount for a listing service, which is just what Angie's List shakes out to be from my experience.

"I called
Chicago HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
because our heater was making a ridiculous amount of noise from the intake when running. I have had 3 other HVAC technicians out for this same problem over the last 2 years, both citing rather large and expensive repairs they thought would fix it. Well when the
Chicago HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
technician came out and listened to the noise he immediately knew what the problem was and called in to see if there was a replacement available. They did have it in, sadly it was in Wicker Park but he drove out there that day to get it and came back post haste to do the switch out. Our heater has never been this quiet! And it didn't cost us an arm and leg! Highly recommend these guys!"

"We had to call twice to get a call. Of course, it's been terrible winter, I'm sure they were busy but he did not call us back with a price quote like he said he would, we had to call him again.(I think it was about 5 days later)
The price to repair it seemed steep. He said it would take about 6 hours, $1,380. parts were bought eventually by us for $400 (that would have made the labor cost about several hundred dollars an hour. We decided to do the repair ourselves.
He was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable.
He did not check anything else except for the valves. As long as they are there, it's surprising they didn't give the system a cursory check since we were being charged a minimum of a $95.00 service charge for spending about 20 minutes looking at it.
