"Called on a Monday to set-up an appointment for Friday. They were very open to the time. I explained the size of the apartment along with the number of rooms and the Service gave me an estimate of the amount of time and price per hour. Cleaning person showed up at 12:30pm but the appointment was for 1pm, which was fine, just unexpected. Only downside was that the cleaning person did not understand English real well, but I was still able to communicate what work needed to be done so it was no big deal. I felt that the price was very reasonable."

"It was fine. I had purchased a Big Deal through Angie’s List. I would’ve rather had one person for four hours vs. two people for two hours, but the overall experience was good. I received a voice message the day before reminding me of my appointment. The ladies arrived at the specified time and after I showed them through the house they began diligently working. They brought along all their supplies; however, I asked them to use a product I supplied on the wood floors. I stayed out of their way so that they could do their work.
