"Seams on my gutters had been leaking for some time and I had never cleaned or maintained them (have been in my house for 5 years). Called them on a Monday.

called me right back; told me a price for cleaning and said he would assess other repair/maintenance needs when he came to clean, and that he would give me a call later in the week to let me know when cleaning would take place. He called Thursday afternoon and offered to come out later that day. No one would be home but he said if I could talk on the phone after he did the assessment that it would be good. He called me on my cell about an hour later, gave me a full run-down on what needed to be done and other work I might consider. He was not pushy at all and took the time to explain the whats and whys for all of the work. When I got home from work, they were close to completing the work. They cleaned things up very nicely, and the next day when it rained heavily, there were no leaks and the gutters were clearly doing what they were supposed to do. I don't believe they are the cheapest out there, but I thought the price was very fair and the service excellent. They were a pleasure to deal with and I will use them again."

"Everything went well. It is a family-owned business, being in business a long time. We had a lot of estimates, some lower, but they were not going to do as much detailed work. Everything was done great. The staff was very good. They were clean and picked everything up. I would tell others that the workers were gentleman, with no swearing. They cleaned up after themselves. The owner was the foreman and kept an eye on everything. They did as much as they could the first day so in case it rained the house would not be exposed. "

"Overall it went fine. They're definitely punctual and professional. The office was very helpful in helping me order pea gravel to fill the catch basin. I never thought I'd be ordering a ton of gravel, but I did! The work seems fine. I guess time will tell regarding the gutters and foundation seal. The prices seem high, but they're also competitive with other handymen services. And they were willing to work with me on ways I could reduce the amount of time they spent on the job--since it's by the hour. For instance, they told me what I could buy ahead of time, etc. There was a decent amount of upselling by the foreman, but his ideas were good, so I have no complaints. "
