"I am not a person who usually leaves comments online, but this is worth saying. I had a bad spring on the garage door,which I knew nothing about until I contacted 
and from .They came out and were at my house 45 minuets after we spoke.NOW THAT'S SERVICE! They explained what was happening replaced my springs and everything works perfectly. I have not heard my door run this good since it was new 8 years ago it is very quiet and runs smooth. I love the fact that they did not try to oversell me on anything. I think there price was a little high.But I am not complaining these guys are worth every penny.Just for the fact they do not try to take advantage of you on price or sell you something you might not need.. As I knew nothing of garage doors until and educated me. is a company I want everyone to know about. and were personable,educated,polite and told me all I need to know. I only wish other companies were like them. Is my new garage door Specialists. U will be highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful experience from start to finish.

"The garage gate (a grille-style gate) stopped functioning behind our three-flat building. I called . because it made and installed the gate. A repairman was sent within an hour and found the problem immediately, though he could only recommend calling an electrician as there was short somewhere in the wiring to the gate. He was present for less than an hour.
This is where my problem arises.
I admit, on the phone prior to the appointment, did say the charge would be $123 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours, so I realize I have no defensible case against them as I agreed to the terms. However, since the repairman was not actually able to repair anything, and was on site for less than an hour, I did hold out hope that the charge would be reduced. I was wrong.
Basically, don't call them unless you know for certain that something is wrong with the garage door or gate itself, otherwise you'll be paying $246 to be told to call an electrician."

"Contacted other companies but no one was willing to come out for an estimate on an opener except for . came out within the time stated and lucky he did. There were issues with one of my doors and my old opener that would have turned a one day job into two if someone hadn't been there first to look at the job. told me not only what I needed but what I didn't need. He made suggestions for installment options and left me to decide. No pressure or hard sell. When my decision was made I called and set up an installation date. The Installer arrived within the stated time and did a great job on the installation. He came prepared with the proper materials to deal with a couple unique issues in my garage. Installed the openers, wall switches and programed the three remotes. Very professional. I would use them again and recomend them."

"Great. We called later in the morning on a Sunday (the Sunday after New Year's, no less). They paid us visit to take a look at our garage door. It had been broken for a long time from the previous owner, and we couldn't get it open. He gave us a very reasonable estimate and completed the job in about an hour. We haven't had any problems with it since and plan to use KG Doors to install a garage door opener in the future."

"At first they didn't have anyone but they called ten minutes later because their guys finished up early with a job and they came out an hour later. They didn't charge me an emergency repair fix charge and just charged the standard fee, which was really nice. It was about 2 hours worth of work. The base charge was $50 or $75 to come out. It was really a reasonable fee and cheaper than most others. I was very pleased. They were quick and they worked hard. It was very affordable. The total charge was less than another company would have charged for just the emergency call. I was really happy. The work was done well. They were really professional and handled everything nicely. "It's so stressful and annoying when suddenly, your electric garage door fails. Today, ours failed after pulling the car out - so the door would not close. It would come down a few inches, then the overhead light would flicker and the door would retract. We found Pros on Angie's List. I called, answered, and I knew right away I was going to like doing business with him. His voice was friendly, confident, reassuring. Anyway, I explained the issue, told him where I live -- and as luck would have it, one of his service techs was going to be in my neighborhood within the hour. was there within the hour, literally fixed the problem within 30 seconds, and charged us nothing. That is what I call good, old-fashioned service. Of course we will call next time our garage needs service, and we'll tell anyone we know about how responsive and fair they are."
