"My experiences have been varied. Waits are generally long, although they appear to be trying to improve this. It takes them several days to call in a refill prescription. Moreover, the doctors are clearly unaware of prescription costs, which is important when prescriptions are not covered and you are trying to find a less expensive alternative. I have not been happy with my care. Their communication is terrible. I had issues with a referral that surfaced less than two days before my appointment (I had waited at least a month for this appointment), and spoke with at least 6 different people, all of whom pointed fingers at each other and none of whom fixed the problem. My doctor never called me, despite the fact that I called three times in one day and was assured all three times she would call me before the end of the day. The issue never got resolved. Also, having spoken with insurance about why the referral had problems, they indicated that certain things I had explicitly told my doctor had not been noted in my file... important things like that I was experiencing pain. I would not recommend this health care group."

"She has been my doctor for almost 15 years. She is connivently located by my house but I would travel to the other side of the city to continue to go to her practice if I had to. I had moved and had an issue, I was no longer her patient, and didn't know who to call besides her. She told me what to do and who to contact and even helped me find doctors in my location that could help me. Now that I have moved back to the city, she is my doctor again. She is phenomenal and a great person. She always puts me at ease and makes me feel very comfortable."

. My first visit involved me sitting in his office and going over my past medical history, health concerns and I was questioned on everything from diet to if I flossed my teeth! After that I had a full physical which included blood work that was done in his office. This all took a about a hour or a little over which has definitely not been the norm with other doctors I've visited in the past. My follow up visit a week later included the doctor going through all the results and making recommendations on things like diet and exercise and also suggestions on supplements he thought might be beneficial for me. All and all I was very impressed and will be going to him for all my future health care needs."
