The delivery driver showed up on time, within the 2 hour time window I was given. He came inside the house to see where it would be put, checking the ceiling height and making sure he could get the tree down the hallway to the back of the house. He was very nice and polite. He prepped the tree outside so there was less mess in the house (which I really appreciated) and carried it in. The tree looks really good. The delivery driver has extra trees on his struck and he said once he brought it in if I didn't like it, he could swap it out. But no need, because the tree is wonderful. Much better than an artificial tree. Just make sure you water it a bunch the first day, and so far it needs to be watered every day. Love the smell in the house too.

The people at Fresh Picks are wonderful. I was referred by a friend and I didn't sign up for 6 months after she told me because I thought it sounded too expensive. However, I've now been getting weekly deliveries for almost a year and I LOVE it. I spend about $35 a week on the produce and it's a good amount for my husband and I (but we like to eat a ton of produce, they're pretty generous boxes). You can't specify what you want in the general box (unless you order additional stuff that you pay extra for) but you can fill out a form on their website saying things you don't want because you're allergic, don't like them, get sick of them, whatever. If you do that and that item is on the list for the week, they'll replace it with something different. I actually love not picking what I get because it has totally changed the way I cook. We are eating healthier, fresher, and more natural meals and despite the regular weekly cost, I've noticed that I'm actually spending considerably less on groceries. I'm excited to work with the produce (and I don't want it to spoil because I've already paid for it!) so I make more of a point to plan my meals around it (thank you internet), not to mention I don't need to go to the store as much or buy as much when I'm there. Also, when I used to go to the store for produce I would always buy the same boring, safe items and get sick of our consistently used recipes. Now I'm pushed outside of that habit and I play around with things I've never heard of or seen before. It's not uncommon that I have to google image
just to know which thing is what in the box, and it's usually delicious. I figure I'll give everything a couple of tries before I put it on my do not send list. Occasionally, something will show up that is pretty bruised or bad on the inside or something. I always email when this happens to let them know, and I get a prompt response saying they'll either replace it the following week or credit my account. Also, if I mess up my order online, they're great over the phone. Excellent customer service, they obviously care about and enjoy what they do. The delivery guys are really pleasant and friendly too.

Bottom line - elevates produce intake, general health, and cooking, and decreases grocery bill!

I called
Chicago Courier Service Provider Name Locked
A Team on a Saturday morning after Big Lots had informed me that the 2 sofas I had ordered had been delivered to them..
Chicago Courier Service Provider Name Locked
said that they could effect delivery that day. They were a little later than originally promised, but I really appreciated the fact that they called me from Big Lots. The store was going to give them a sofa and a love seat, instead of the two sofas I had paid for.
They delivered the sofas late Saturday, ~9:00PM. They set them both up. When they discovered that the screws to attach the legs were missing they found some in their truck that did the job. Thanks!
Their price was good, $90, and significantly lower than the other company that I was referred to by Big Lots.
I down graded them on punctuality, because they were several hours later than originally promised. But, they got the job done, and, again, I really appreciate their call to me to verfify the fact that I had paid for 2 sofas, not the 1 sofa and 1 love seat that Big Lots originally had thought that I ordered. I don't downgrade Big Lots, because
Chicago Courier Service Provider Name Locked
did not have my order, so it probably took a bit of searching to get the correct order.
I'm very happy with my 2 new sofas.

We went into this store because it was close to our house and were greeted right away by a sales associate. He asked what we needed and we told him. He immediately showed us what we wanted and quoted us a great price. The price also included delivery. We purchases the set and planned for delivery in 4 days. Three days later we were called and told the mattress had come in and could be delivered early if we wanted. Since we were out of town at the time we went with the original delivery date but highly appreciated the offer. The mattress came on time and was set up in the room of our choice.

I really enjoy the variety and quality of the veggies. I don't need to be home to get the delivery. I signed up for the fresh picks box for 2 to come automatically each week. Sometimes, I add more especially when I need mushrooms and herbs. I particularly like knowing the name of the farm that is supplying my veggies. It is a very personal service.

They are a really good company for people like me who are always busy. They are always here on time and they are always very polite every time they come out. They also have very good prices on their goods. I would recommend them to anyone.

These people are HORRIBLE! Every time we order something they are late with it, it never fails. It would get there quicker if I delivered it myself, on foot, with a broken leg, or strapped it to the back of a tortoise. What's worse than always being late is that they are unprofessional and unapologetic. Something is rotten in the state of
