"I thought it was too expensive. It was 4' x 31' and one portion to get done immediately was $2000. The father owns the company and the son does all the email contact. The father passed me a business card with the estimate written on the front of it. The back of it had a grocery list on it. They are very nice people, but no. They were not professional whatsoever. He's a decent man but not organized whatsoever. I would only use them again to compare their quote to others."

" 's (owner) responses (both email and phone call) were timely from my initial request for a quote. He came out and we talked through my basement's symptoms, likely causes, and suggested solutions. During the two days of floor work, the teams ( by ) were simply amazing. They protected the grass, cleaned-up afterward, and much more. provided experienced plumbing advice and repairs. was very flexible and went out his way to ensure the job was done right -- as if *he* was the homeowner. And ultimately, that's what you're looking for in a company."

"One on the window cracked last winter and he came out and replaced it. His concrete work was good, and it looked great but the concrete is already flaking at the edges. It’s a little disappointing; it seems like the quality of concrete wasn’t the best.
He did come back last year to fill in a spot I had a problem with. I haven’t contact this year yet to do any fixes.
He was responsive and price was fair. I probably wouldn't use him again for concrete work though."

"The dig-out and pouring went extremely well. Sand was everywhere for a while outside the house but they did a decent job cleaning up. They used a conveyor belt out one of the basement windows. The window got banged up but it didn't matter since we were putting in new ones. He stuck to the time frame that we had discussed. It took a couple weeks with a short break in between for a previously scheduled vacation and the plumbers to lower the sewage system. They worked peacefully with the plumbers.

" I am very careful in my recommendations, and I have very high expectations, so you will not see me give this high of a recommendation often. is very knowledgeable and informative. He is very professional and does excellent work. He operates a family business and lots of his nephews were on the job. himself supervised the work, and often did the work himself. They started the job on the day specified in the contract and finished in a timely manner. He promptly responded to my questions, and if I had a concern, he addressed it. In light of the extensive amount of work we needed, we obtained several price quotes from contractors who are highly rated on Angies list. 's prices were comparable to his competitors, and lower in several instances. The leaks are gone, and the building looks great!"

" was super-responsive, and provided us a very thorough quote (compared to all the others we had gotten), with some experienced recommendations, and it was well under the other prices we were quoted too. They we're able to squeeze us into our tight schedule and we (and the other residents of our building) are totally pleased with the workmanship. We can't recommend Concrete enough."

" was great, very quick to respond to my initial inquiry. When he was called back to perform work he was very professional, got the job done quickly and even gave plenty of free advice on other projects. His price was very competitive as well. Highly recommended!"

"Concrete looked great at first but is showing visible cracks in certain areas.
Most important thing to note is they improperly installed our electric heating coils. They were supposed to down a sensor next to the heating coils before pouring the concrete (so the thermometer would get an accurate read of how warm the floor is) and failed to do this. In fact, they tried to tell us they did do it and sent blurry images that showed something else. When asked if we could get a $500 refund on our $7,000 investment, (onsite manager) said "sounds fair to me." However, he then came back (after weeks of delaying a refund) to tell us that he would only pay for the cost of the thermostat (with receipt) which is a value and not even the issue at hand. The fact remains, we now have the heated flooring connected to a thermostat that takes an air reading to shut off the floor. Now it runs longer than it should and we see this in our electric bills.
We feel hoodwinked, and now seeing a crack starting to run down the center of our floor, unsatisfied.
Do NOT recommend."

"There was nothing they could have improved on. I thought they were amazing. The owner, , takes care of every little detail. He is very detail-oriented. He does everything extremely professionally and on time. He is very easy to work with. We ended up with a beautiful finished product."

"I had to follow up with them to have them show up for the estimate. However, they were good. They did the larger job for me. Upon completion of the job, I realized that I needed the steps put in. They waited till they had another large job in the area and gave me a good price. So, they did not have to mix concrete especially for my job. I thought they were very accommodating and helpful in dealing with issues. So far, the concrete looks great. It is holding up really well. I will use their services again in the future. "
