I was already impressed with them! REIN came exactly when they said they would, and both contractors who came were kind, organized, and very professional. They worked so quickly and efficiently -- I honestly think it only took them about 20 minutes to install the fan. They put down a tarp and cleaned up their mess, too, which totally won my heart! He came in and was courteous and concise about what I needed to provide. I had to leave shortly after he arrived. When I came back later, everything was clean, and I had a beautiful ceiling fan and new switch installed!! I would highly recommend . "

"Last year there was a mix up with the date he was scheduled to come. They were wonderful about accommodating me after that mix up, and even gave me a credit for it. So, the only thing I would recommend is that you CONFIRM the date again"

" has done work for us at least 3 or 4 times now. Every time he is prompt, tidy with his work, and very helpful in explaining issues and laying out our options. Our place was built about 10 years ago and the electric and plumbing are just terrible -- he has been a stalwart for us in getting very cheap new construction items like lighting fixtures replace, rewiring our circuit box, fixing the jacuzzi so it stopped shortly out with every use. He is also just a nice person and clearly takes pride in doing a good job. He was in our home for at least two hours, patiently working through with me the pros and cons of moving the location of a ceiling light, and despite all the hemming and hawing on my part, he only charged us for 90 min. We're great fans in this household!"

"We use quite often; whenever we need something to get fixed or repair at our home. First time we used them it was to work on remodeling our house after we bought it five years ago. Since then we stick with and their team because they always do an excellent job and of course their prices are very competitive.
I honestly recommend this company to anyone that needs some construction work done on their home or have furnace fixed."

"It always is great with . It was this time. called an hour before I expected him and said he finished an earlier job and would it be ok to arrive soon. I was delighted. I have white rugs and he was careful to remove his shoes when needed. He did all the work perfectly and quickly. We discussed options regarding the painting and he saved me a lot of money by suggesting we touch up the paint job, not do a whole new one. My doorbell which was not working previously had fixed itself in the time between my call to and 's arrival. He offered me a referral since my doorbell is part of an intercom system and might not be able to install a new one. I will follow up if needed. was very professional and helpful and did a great job. I've read other reports that say is expensive. It always seems well worth it to me since they never have disappointed me and I've used them for a number of years now.They have removed snow, fixed leaks, fixed the roof, repaired concrete stairs, installed ceiling fans, repaired a front door, painted rooms, and more. All has been great."

"I interviewed many contractors & found 's by VERY far - to be the most realistic, honest, and professional contractor out there (from their Mgmt. of the project to each individual guy actually doing the work).
Getting work done to your home is always stressful no matter what - that's why we are paying for Angie's List. I took the time to write this review after the completion of my project because I highly recommend & would hire them again. They were an absolute joy to work with.
