"Galaxy did a great job, the results were excellent. Job was done quickly and efficiently. They were on time (early actually) and provided overall good value for the money. The wool rugs were expensive to clean, and I'm not sure I understand why as the time to clean them was much less than the basement carpet and it did not appear that anything was ...more done differently in the cleaning process. There may well have been something different required for the wool rugs, and for future calls I would suggest explaining that to the customer so that they understand the price differential."

"I was given a two hour window and was told when I made the appointment that someone would phone when they were fifteen minutes away. phoned at 12:45 and arrived promptly at 1pm. After reading a recent member report, I feel compelled to say he was articulate, his appearance was professional and I didn't smell any cigarette smoke; ...more as a former smoker, believe me, I'd smell it! I called Galaxy because I had house trained a stray dog and she'd had a few accidents. I'd tried to clean them myself, but there was still an odor and staining.

"My carpet is now crunchy. It feels like you are walking on a brush when you walk on it. You can hear it crunch when you walk. My carpeting is not cheap it cost me $58.00 per square yard four years ago.When I tried to call them, all I get is a message saying they are on the phone helping other customers. Now I had never heard of the Dry Carpet System and was skeptic, but after the owner took the time to explain the process and answered my questions, I agreed to their service. I opted for an hour house cleaning as well since they were able to do it all in the same day. ...more There were some terribly bad spots and most of them are completely gone. Only one was stubborn, but it is hardly visible now. My carpets look crisp. A job well done. I was also, satisfied with the cleaning they left all my counter tops and mirrors squeaky clean. The inside of my fridge looks like new. My house was pampered! It was a half day ordeal, but I was able to leave and run errands. They called me once everything was completed. I thought that was very convenient."

explained what he was going to do, gave me options like sanitizing and Teflon, and wrote the bill up with all of the bells and whistles, allowing me to remove items that didn't fit into my budget. At no time did he give me a hard sell. He gave advice only when solicited. Not that it was a 'problem' but he didn't come with those blue shoe covers for other people so we could walk around without getting feet wet or carpet dirty. I would recommend carrying those. Else,
