"They service my car and do everything for me. I’ve had maintenance service, break work and the last time I was there, there was something wrong with the tie rod and they repaired that. They do everything on the car. They’re very professional and pretty punctual. Their estimates are always accurate and they are just good all around. I am totally satisfied with them."

"Suddenly the car started acting funny driving and we took it back and they checked it and said that the wheels were damaged. So we sent them to another car place which we used in the past and he was honest. He put it up on the rack and said that he doesn't believe this. He said that they didn't tighten the lug nuts and that the lug nuts were loose. The chiming and swaying in the front was caused by the wheels moving because the lug nuts tight. They were telling her it was $600 to $800 for new rim. He just tightened it up and there was no problem. He looked at the wheels and said there was no damage to the rims. I would not recommend. You can see if the rims were damaged and these were not damaged. If you put it up on the rack and move the wheels you could have seen that the wheels lug nuts were not touched. Apparently that didn't even bother doing it they were more or less were you can go to the junk yard and buy rims. It was very disappointing and they denied everything. It was not very professional. I personally wouldn't use them again."

Chicago Tire Shops Reviews

A
"I was getting ready for a 2 hour business trip. The owner took care of me right away without an appointment. He reviewed the options and quality of tires. I hated to spend $800 on tires but it was necessary. He had my safety in mind. 1 year later, my daughter brought her car in and she had the same experience.

is very trustworthy."
B
"Service was fast but it is a small unheated shop so wear a warm jacket and you may need to wait a few minutes if there is a car ahead of you. All services are inexpensive but there is a $10.00 minimum on credit cards so remember to bring cash."

"They did a great job and it was super fast! From the time I pulled up to the time I left was probably less than 15 minutes. They were really friendly and the price was great. I got a tire changed last year somewhere else and it was over $150.

did it for $99 plus tax. I would highly recommend them!"
A
"It went as smoothly as one could ask for. I dropped the car off and received a ride to work. After being dropped off by a colleague from work later that afternoon, I paid for and picked up my car. "
D
"I initially scheduled an appointment to have the power steering checked. That scheduling went fine. But then, unexpectedly, I had two flat tires and had to have the car towed to the dealer. The service rep did not respond to phone calls and did not call me with an estimate or with an update on progress. On four occasions, I called and asked for my rep but was told "he is with a customer and will call you right back." That was fine; however, he never called me back. The total lack of communication left me frustrated and without a car for two days. Minor annoyance: the pickup area at the dealership is cramped and confusing. There is no designated service drive and you share space with the car sales team."
B
"After a few calls, I was able to schedule a time to get the tires installed. While they were being installed, I walked over to

Village and shopped. It took about a half an hour longer than originally estimated, but I was pleased with the work. "

"We were driving on the tollway when the low tire pressure warning came on. We pulled over and checked the tires. One was about five pounds lower than the rest. The next exit took us into

and we saw the store. I explained what was going on. They checked out the tire and found a nail. They patched the tire, they didn't use a plug which is easier, but not as good. They also measured the pressure in the other tires. We were back on the road in about 25 minutes."
