"On the negative side - I had my porcelain tub glazed by a contractor was very courteous but he did a horrible job. The tub was lumpy, it was uneven, had paint drips all the way around my tub & the rep didn't re-caulk my tub. To make matters worse the contractor dripped the tub stripping solution on my hardwood waxed floor & my floor stripped in three different spots (Small spots but they were noticable. Especially because he tried to wipe it up in one area and smeared it). The contractor also left an open razor blade in my bathroom & sat the sponge down with paint on it on top of my tiled window ledge. The paint was easily scraped up.
On the positive side - One bad apple does not spoil the bunch. I would definitely use their company again. They have excellent quality control. I emailed photos and a supervisor came out immediately to look at the damage. Then they sent a floor expert to look at my floor and match up the wax & fix those areas on my hardwood floor. Then they sent another contractor named Vetaus. He was excellent. He took his time and stripped the glaze off of my tub & re-glazed it the right way. My tub looked like a newly purchased porcelain tub. He recaulked the tub & was very professional in every sense of the word.
Their prices are reasonable & when I complained the company followed up & corrected the problem immediately. I own rental property & finding good contractors are just as importance as finding good tenants. If there is a problem, I'd like to know that I can count on my contractor to acknowledge, address, and fix the issue; and get it done immediately."

" and his team are solution-oriented. They see tough situations as challenges and they always offer solutions that reflect what we, as customers, desire. They are great communicators and they tailor their solutions to fit our circumstances. Although the majority of the work they did for us was in the fall of 2010, we enjoy having a relationship with them and as we have the money, we continue to keep remodeling/upgrading our home. helped us turn a really old, ugly house into a fantastic, comfortable home. We plan to use them for any of our remodeling needs in the future. They are outstanding!"

"Great job! I'm very happy with the results and the price was very reasonable. came and gave me an estimate and did the job. Real nice guys and I felt they were both trustworthy. I had a little ding in the tile after I moved the shower rod and came and fixed it. I would recommend them to friends."

"Excellent work. Customer and tenant were both very happy.
Installed new walls, grab bar, shower caddy, soap dish, new curved curtain rod, and performed some plumbing work in order to accommodate the extra 1/4" acrylic wall thickness with plumbing fixtures.
Highly recommend this company - not or the other franchised companies in the ."

"He arrived at my home with a subcontractor who did not speak English. He lleft the subcontractor who cut out two portions of drywall in two bathrooms to determine the source of a leak. He provided a vague explanation about the leak and repaired the drywall. We also agreed that he would caulk the window lintels. The subcontractor basically sat on the of my whirlpool and pointed to the ceiling each time I asked him a question. He was at my home for two full workdays. The contractor refused to give me a receipt and then wrote illegiblely on the receipt when I insisted. Although it was a horrible experience, I learn a lot about what I should do prior to hiring a contractor. I strongly discourage hiring anyone who works for this company."

"I contacted four companies on Angie's List. They were the only ones to respond to me! Then they emailed me for dimensions of the stall. Shortly afterwards, we scheduled them to refinish the stall and they were able to do it a day ahead of time due to some scheduling changes. Our tenant reports they showed up on time, did a good job and were very nice. We are going to use them to refinish our bathtubs now and their prices are very good."

" responded quickly; on time for initial meeting and came with samples depicting the finished product. He answered all questions, and provided comparison w/other products.
The work was excellent and totally cleaned up the work area as well as the pre-work area.

"The salesperson who came to our home to give us an estimate, stated and wrote on the contract that we that only the bottom half of the plaster wall would be removed, and greenwood or drywall would be installed, and then the tile over the drywall. The old tile floor was supposed to be completely removed, and the new floor tile would be installed. We would have an exhaust fan installed. None all this happened. The worker who did the job put in the new bathtub without first measuring, and found that the tub was about an inch short from the batroom wall. he told us that the entire plaster wall would have to be taking down, but at an added cost of 450.00. We agreed. But then the worker only covered the upper half of the wall with drywall, rather then completely removing the plaster as agreed. The worker then told us that the exhaust fan could not be installed, because they could vent the fan thru our attic, and thru a roof vent, because it was drywalled in the attic. What the salesperson told us, and what the worker told us he could do were two different stories.
What was especially annoying, is that the worker was under pressure from the the owner of the company to get the job done in one week. In fact, this is what the owner of Bath told us, that he has a 'system', and that the would be done in 5 days. We were not interested in a 'rush job', but in quality and attention to detail. The worker who did the work, including demolition, putting in new drywall, putting in the new fixtures, worked by himself for most of the time. It was only after he was falling behind did the owner send a helper for one day. The worker felt pressured the entire time to get the job done in one week. It actually took a total of 7 days. After the work was complete, we noticed that our pedestal sink was linking from the pvc pipe in back of the sink, and a leak was coming from the shower after showering. We ended up repairing that ourselves with caulking. Bath would not come out to repair the leaks themselves, but only told us over the phone on how to stop the leaks from the shower door and sink.
On a positive note, the worker did do a good job on the tile work, and was punctual."

"After some lovely closing delays, we finally had access to our 1929 vintage fixer-upper condo. The bathtub was really in bad shape, so along with painters and electricians, we wanted to get it refinished as one of the top priorities. sent someone out two days after we called them, which was unexpectedly quick-- they were in frequent contact so we knew right away when a job ran long and they were running late. I appreciated being kept up to speed. The man who came was very down-to-business, and even rigged up a funnel from plastic cups--the only thing I had in the apartment at the time--to keep the leaky faucet from ruining the job. As described in other reviews, the rest of our bathroom was carefully covered with painter's paper, and the fumes were pumped out of a window. Mostly, we're just ecstatic at how good our tub looks-- it's like new, and it was a lot less expensive and a lot easier than trying to rip out and replace anything. Very satisfied with the process, the product, and the price!"

"It went well at the get-go. Tubs looked very nice for about 3-4 months. Then I noticed the paint flaking off inside our tub. Same was happening on 2nd floor.
Apparently the batch of paint they used on these floors was not mixed correctly. They sent a guy out to re-paint these tubs but the paint just keeps flaking off. It looks awful.
The icing on the cake was when their big boss came out to check out the problems. He said "I don't see a problem". I mean, I pointed to the paint chips peeling off and he told me there was nothing he could do, there was NO problem!! I have never been so insulted by a contractor and felt so ripped off."
