"The company that came to my house used high pressure and I believe, underhanded sales practices. I'm really sorry I didn't check them out better before they came into my house. I believe I was misled by a so called "Mold" problem, and was given extremely high quote to finish the job beyond the coupon offer. I was made to feel extremely uncomfortible, and was very happy when they finally left. I am warning all my aquaintences to check other vendors and not to fall for the "too good to be true" coupon offer. This was a very bad experience."

came and did a great job cleaning my air ducts. My daughter has been having respiratory issues, so we wanted to take all steps to make our air as clean as possible. The returns were filthy with a solid coating of dust/dirt all the way down. I'm so glad I had him out. He even pointed out some problems with my duct work leading to one of the vents that I was able to fix. Great job!"

"I wanted the ducts cleaned and furnace checked. Because of some other issues with the house that I moved into last winter, I figured it was a good bet that they hadn't been cleaned in maybe 15 years (the date the motor on the furnace was replaced). was great to deal with on the phone. I told them that my son would be at the house since the appointment was during the week. Here's the report I got: showed up promptly, removed his shoes, surveyed the house and moved some furniture to get better access. The equipment wouldn't fit upstairs but he brought out an extremely long hose and hooked it up outside, They vacuumed and air-blasted each duct, vent and clean, cleaned the furnace and showed where the filter was located (we hadn't been able to find it...inside the furnace housing itself and it looked like it had never been replaced). One of the cold air returns was rusted out and he went to his truck to see if there was a piece of scrap sheet metal that would fit. There was and he put it in for a cursory fix at no extra charge. Repaired service openings he made in the ducts. Really good, professional attitude and didn't need any supervision at all...explained everything that he was going to do next as it happened. Highly recommend them to anyone."

" gave a thorough quote over the phone and emailed the written quote shortly after, ensuring that there would be no add-ons on the day of the cleaning. They followed up with me about a week after my initial contact and offered an additional amount off the original quote. They were able to come the next day, and came well within the time frame given. Both workers were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly, and routinely called me over to explain what they were doing and show me the before and after. I was told on the phone that there would be video and I could see a before/after shot, but that didn't happen. That's my only disappointment."

"I can't speak to the level of cleanliness because I didn't watch the cleaning or know what the vents looked like before or after. I hope they can mention that in their response.
Great crew, very considerate. Apparently my dryer vent was a zone and I didn't know. I got a call ahead of time for them to include it in their service which was great. I thought it was good that they considered our home's wellbeing in that way and didn't do the work without asking first.
They left NO of being there and had to remove very old painted on vents, which they did with great care.
I will hire them for their responsiveness, afford-ability, punctuality, and overall care for my home and well being."

" was FANTASTIC. They were very conscientious and took the time to explain to us and show us what they were seeing and how to correct. Our vents were disgustingly dirty and they worked until everything was clean. They even left out spare change found in one of the vents!! I would absolutely use them again and recommend them highly. The service may seem pricey at first, but once I saw the quality, I never flinched."
