"During the recent snow, my hot water heater sprung a leak. My neighbor recommended Long. He had recently used for plumbing work and was very satisfied with his services. Based on my neighbors recommendation, I called . came out in the worst possible weather- ice and snow. He removed my old hot water heater and installed a new, larger one. He also replaced a shut-off valve, added a drainage with plumbing so any water overflow would exit outside of my basement. I am very particular and was extremely pleased with 's professionalism and attention to detail/finish work. The drainage exit pipes fit perfectly and are positioned out of sight. could have taken advantage of my predicament due to the inclement weather, but he did not. His fee was very fair. Like my neighbor, I would also highly recommend 's servcies."

"Crews showed up at prearranged time and date, and completed work in one day as promised. It took several days to get final inspection, due to the holidays. It was a minor inconvenience to not have hot water in the kitchen for most of the two days the inspection was scheduled, but we did have hot water at night. We had requested protection for our carpet that had to be crossed to access one of the heaters, and I'm glad we did. It would have been a disaster if we hadn't. The plastic got very dirty, and even though the workers were careful we did get some dirt on the carpet, fortunately it vacumed up. If these heaters last as long as the previous ones we will be happy. All the people involved ( I think it was 6 ), were professional and made an effort to keep our house clean (no shoes, etc.)."

"The plumber was awesome. We were looking for someone to come out and address the problem fairly quickly. Everyone else we called just wanted to replace the water heater. However, the plumber from came out after hours and it was about 5 o?clock when he got here. He then noticed that it wasn?t the water heater but it was a pipe connecting to the water heater. He didn?t have the equipment that he needed at that time and he was willing to drive from North to another city in South which was about 25 minutes away and it was pouring too. However, he came back and addressed the issue. The price that he charged was reasonable. He was professional and prompt. We had a really good experience with him."

"I have no complaints about Plumbing except for the price. They came out twice; once to diagnose the problem and to deal with GE to get me the part for free under warranty and the second time to do the actual service. The first visit cost me $80 for 15 minutes (that was after Angie's List coupon). The second visit cost $150 for 20 minutes of work. I felt a bit like I was being taken advantage of price-wise but their service was phenominal. They were very flexible on scheduling and when they couldn't be punctual, they called me to let me know precisely when a plumber would be at my house. They were courteous and professional. I would consider using their service again but only after fully understanding the cost first."

"Briefly put, we could not be happier. As a testimonial to that fact, we were so pleased with the work on the 2 bathrooms that we hired again right after Christmas to do a complete kitchen remodel. Long story short, again a complete gut job -- new floor joists, subfloor, hardwoods, drywall, designer lighting, granite, Ikea cabinets -- all done quickly and to a grade of probably 98 if I were a strict grader.
These guys are the exception to the contractor , and I've been around a good while. They are punctual, no BS, no nickel dime, and do it right, period. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, they are simply thebest I've ever worked with by a large margin. AAAAA+++++

"ER Plumbing is a top notch company. When I called for an estimate they sent a plumber that very day. The office manager worked on the weekend to prepare a job estimate as I wanted to move quickly on the plumbing work (our old hot water heater was well past its useful life). Tankless hot water heaters are very expensive and they took the time to explain the cost, installation and various models. They also recommended replacing our toilets with brand. This recommendation impressed me as I was familier with this brand after research on another house remodel several years ago. The day of the job 2 plumbers arrived on schedule. They worked diligently and professionally. The work areas were kept neat and left clean at the end of the day. They returned several days later to install the shower parts which had been on back order. I can not say enough good things about this company. I will use this company for future plumbing needs. The customer service is superb."
