We delivered the furniture to them the next day, saying we needed it in 2 weeks (before company coming for Thanksgiving). They called 2 days before the promised date and said they were ready.
The Quality downgrade is the result of their underestimating the quantity of fabric required. However, they even went to the fabric store to see if any more of the fabric was available (it wasn't); then they called to explain the situation and suggested piecing the fabric on the back of the sofa. This was an acceptable solution, since the sofa sits against a wall.
They added padding to the cushions and generally did a very good job."
