Center. I looked at this one because it was part of another company that I know but that did not make a difference at all. I had to chase them down for updates on my truck. I had to call them as opposed to them calling me with an update, especially after they had committed on giving me a call with the work status. They gave me the truck back saying that it worked. I took it around the corner and it still did exactly the same thing it did when I had first brought it to them. I spent all that money and it didn?t work. Then, they kept my truck for two more weeks to figure it out. My dissatisfaction with them was for them to give me my truck saying that it works when it clearly doesn?t work. It took me to bring it back to them just to point out the fact that it doesn?t work. I would not use them in the future and I would tell anybody not to use them.

After checking their prices, which were very good. We decided to go ahead with the job. They did the job on time, within budget and keep us informed all along the way. It couldn't have gone better.

"They replaced my transmission after a mechanic elsewhere discovered fluid leaking from it. After I got the car back I discovered the cruise control wasn't working and took the car back to them. They drove it, the cruise control worked for them. They searched for a cause as to why it might not be working but found none. I discovered the cruise control ...more was still working intermittently and that the shifter wasn't working properly so I brought the car back to them. They looked for problems with connections for the cruise control, found none and fixed the shifter. They explained to me that the shifter could have been responsible for the problem with the cruise control and it was. They probably should have realized this at the beginning of the day, but at least it was fixed. Later I discovered there was still fluid leaking. They then replaced the front axle boot (which connects to the transmission). But there was still fluid leaking. They found out the mechanic had forgotten to replace a clip when he installed the boot. At this point I was dealing with the service manager who was apologetic and offered to fill my gas tank before I left. I told her that this whole experience had been bad and that they should have discovered and corrected the problems before the car left the shop. She apologized again and said things weren't handled properly. She asked what else she could do to keep my business and offered to detail my car which I accepted. They were polite and accommodated my need for transportation to and from work each time they kept my car. I would use them again because I bought my car there and it is convenient for me to have service to it there. I will be wary of the service in the future but will give them another try because of the service manager's response to my complaint."
