"I was referred by a neighbor to have do a free inspection on my house after my area recently experienced a pretty rough hail storm. The gentleman that came to my house was so fast in replying. After he spoke to me I simply contacted my insurance company and set up a meeting for an adjuster to come and speak with me. Instead of me dealing with it,

came out and met with them to explain what was wrong with my house. I'm so glad because I would not even know what to ask or say in response. They have been such a help and a stress relief for my home. They take care of it all and make things so easy. My roof, gutters, and siding is in the process of being paid for by my insurance company with only a deductable from me and construction comes soon!! I just wanted to take a moment to refer this company to you all reading since my neighbor did me the favor first. "We have a sunroom, built from a kit, that is attached to the home we purchased in May 2010. In 2010, I noticed that when it rained, the seam where the home and sunroom connected would leak into the sunroom (luckily, there is no leakage into the home itself). . In August of 2010, he came out and gave an estimate for repairs of $250 for roof repairs. We set an appointment and a worker was sent to perform the repairs. I was told to contact

directly if there continued to be a leak. I called

the next time it stormed to inform him the problem was persisting. He came out a few more times to try and caulk or re-tar other gaps in the siding or seams on the roof. Each time I called him to let him know that he had not fixed the problem, it was like pulling teeth to get a call back an appointment set. He would frequently skip the appointments. Finally, after threatening to drop them and use another company, he came out with his siding "person," whom I did not realize was a sub-contractor, and told me that the only other thing he could think to do was to replace some siding that didn't overlap enough, and put in a J-channel. He provided an estimate for this of $575. I agreed to this price, though I felt it was inflated, and the subcontractor did a very nice job of matching the existing siding. However, I still had concerns about the work and again had to threaten to call the president of the company in order to get a returned call and follow up appointment. Finally, I got him to come out, and it became clear there was nothing more he could offer me. I paid the amount and wiped my hands of him, even though the roof STILL LEAKS. This was in October 2010. In December 2010, I received a notice from the subcontractor stating that even though I had paid

in October, they had never paid the subcontractor, and the subcontractor was demanding payment from me. It was at this point that I realized I had been charged a 91%

-up! After leaving stern messages with

through email, phone, and via phone with

, I finally actually spoke to

. She was able to resolve the problem. When I confronted her about the price, she said the subcontractors were friends of

's. I told her that didn't make it okay to rip people off, to which she replied, "I know." I did not receive any refund or discount, however. I did receive a call back from

with his apologies (and excuses), but I would NEVER work with him again."

"They were very responsive. The owner went behind his workers to make sure that everything was done properly. He found a few places where the siding needed to be replaced. They went back and fixed that. He came out and checked on them every single day that they were working. There were no issues that we had to deal with because of this. The price ...more we paid was a little more than some estimates that we got, but then the others did not impress us much. I think their price was excellent for the work that they did. It was very hot weather and on some days the owner would come out to stop work a little early. That was fine because they were not being paid by the hour or the day; they were being paid by the job. We have used them several times in the past."
