COMPLAINT: Craig Dougherty, Matthews, N.C.

"I hired Monroe, N.C.-based G & S Construction of NC LLC to put on a new roof. Initially all went well, and I was very pleased. I have since followed up for some warranty service. I was told by the owner, Gary [Konecny], that I would get a call back. He has not called back after repeated attempts."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like the contractor to follow up and make repairs if necessary."
