Dr. Pelucio at
prescribes medicine for my panic attacks. I see him periodically to see how things are going and to get refills. I have also met with another doctor there to have testing done to see what was causing the attacks. Both doctors have been very helpful, and the receptionist is super friendly. I am very satisfied with
and would recommend the group to anyone who needed this type of service.

Dr.
has a wonderful bedside manner and is truly concerned for her patients. She tracked my case for over 2 years and was accessible sometimes weekly as needed. Unfortunately, I was not able to achieve stability during my treatment. She has moved to in-patient hospital care outside the
area. The PPA office staff had been very caring and helpful. The billing from PPA was challenging because the copays were not always applied correctly, and I had to call monthly to correct the situation.

I had to see someone immediately and Dr.
Charlotte Psychiatrists Provider Name Locked
was the only psychiatrist available who accepted my health insurance. This should have been a red flag. Dr.
Charlotte Psychiatrists Provider Name Locked
did not listen to me at all - he jumped to conclusions based on my family history, yet put me on medications that members of my family had not found useful. I was out on short term disability and he would only write me out for two weeks at a time - whenever he filled out new paperwork, he charged me for that time even though he filled it out during the sessions for which he also charged me. His solution to my anxiety was that I should just get back on the horse - he wanted me to go back to work even though I was still extremely anxious and due to the medication, was unable to complete a sentence! I was finally able to get it to see another psychiatrist and have seen remarkable improvement - the new doctor took me off the ineffective medications and put me on a very effective medication - I'm beginning to feel like myself again. If you have any other choices, do not use Dr.

I suffer from dyslexia as well as some depression. It occurred to me that my dyslexia could be caused by a bad attention deficit problem. In which case some type of medication could be appropriate. I thought that neuropsychiatry would be the discipline to consult. When I called to make an appointment there was no human contact and I had to leave a message on the new patients? answering machine. After waiting for an extended period I called again, to be reassured that they would eventually get in touch. When someone finally called me back I was first interrogated as to the status of my insurance coverage. From the beginning I repeatedly explained that I was dyslexic. When I finally obtained an appointment I was taken directly to a computer for testing. My dyslexia made the test challenging. After the completion of the test I was taken to the doctor's office. I proceeded to explain my history and said I believed I had an above average IQ but had been severely affected by dyslexia. He then retorted that the test had shown that I had an IQ near to retardation. As one can appreciate this was a devastating observation, the Doctor however seemed oblivious of its significance and was surprised when I became agitated. I queried the validity of the result. He assured me that it was perfectly accurate. From then on the interview deteriorated with my self image being battered apparently without the Doctor being aware of what he was doing to me.
