"I have used before and I was concerned that my small dog seemed hesitant to go in. I arrived at 8:30 and asked the groomer to clip her hair to neaten her looks and give her the full works on the other services. She was ready at the appointed time (1 PM). She had been shaved so closely that her pink skin ...more was showing...all over. My dog was trembling and clearly seemed frightened. I was told that she was afraid of a brush and I should give her treats when brushing her. I will never go back."
