"He did not show up prepared to do battle properly. He only installed one Trilogy DL-1300 lock and got it functioning. He left 4 big screw holes in the door and did not reinstall our push bar. No show, no call, and he was unreachable until Wednesday June 30th. First visit was June 9th, that is 3 weeks and he still has not come back. He says he had a death in the family, and I am very sorry to hear that. However, not one phone call to me in three weeks is absolutely unacceptable under any circumstance. I would recommend not using this service provider at all for anything. He needs to start treating his business like a business."
