"After the first contractor installed a new heatpump in Aug, 2010 it never worked correctly. He came back in and it still was not right. I called and they came out the next day, inspected the installation and reported that it had been installed incorrectly and had not been inspected by the city because ...more the first contractor did not get a permit. The owner come out the next day and gave me a quote for the work and explained what needed to be done. The crew returned two days later, reinstalled the unit, correctly reinstalled the wiring and duct work, and refilled the coolant correctly. The crew spervisor visited my home to see how the work was progressing during the day. I was very impressed with their professionalism. The crew supervisor visited my home during the day to see the progress and if there were any problems.They were very punctual, honest, friendly, and clean. I was very impressed with their professionalism. I will continue to have them annually inspect the system."

The installer also came with the Mecklenburg County inspector to answer any questions he may have as he was inspecting the work.  They take Discover Card for payment which I like.  They are aware of the risk of identify theft; and were careful to shred any evidence of my credit card number. They have integrated "high customer service" into their company's culture, as it was consistent from their Comfort Consultant (sales rep) to the AC Installer and finally to the Payment Processor/Coordinator."
