"They installed a new 40-inch flat screen television, replaced my surround sound speakers and changed out my old stereo receiver," Radford says. "My entire experience with this company was fantastic - they're extremely knowledgeable. Rena Robaina, the owner, made some excellent suggestions and saved me money on the entire system. As I was shopping around for the equipment, Rene was more than happy to answer all of my questions. The installers were very professional, too!"

"The owner, Bob Saye, looked over the job and hand-delivered a written estimate the next day," Meskill says. "The two electricians who did the work were pleasant, courteous, focused and listened to my ideas. Since one of the new fans I'd purchased was defective, Bob returned on a Saturday to switch it out at no charge. I'm delighted with the results!"

Jack Slesinger Painting amazed Valerie Kopetzky with quality work. "They painted several walls, a powder room, touched up the ceilings, and fixed nail pops and drywall cracks," Kopetzky says. "Jack responded the same day I left a message. His quote was very reasonable, and the total cost actually came in under his estimate. The painters arrived early and even worked through lunch. The quality is unbelievable. I'm now looking for other things they can paint!"

Killo Exterminating Co. Inc. gave Gloria McNabb some good news. "When I removed my deck so I could add on a porch, I found what I thought were termites," McNabb says. "Killo came out to inspect and treat. It went great! They didn't find any termites - the bugs were carpenter ants that appeared to be dead. Killo didn't try to push me to sign a contract; they just told me to call back next year for another inspection."

Rod and Phyllis Van consider MacDawg's Pet Watch part of their pack. "We've used Bill [Yates, the owner] for 11 years," the Vans say. "He visits our house three times a day to walk our dogs, give them medicine, play and take care of things around the house. He leaves us a message every night to tell us about the day's events, and he's very safety conscious, extremely responsible and trustworthy. When one of our dogs died, he was so upset that he sent us a Bonsai tree in her memory."
