"Very thorough; I learned a lot. invited me to follow him around and he answered every question I asked him. He was prompt and worked straight through lunch. He's been doing this a long time and it really shows -- he knows houses, their systems and spotted and found things I'd not have seen or known to look for. It seemed kinda expensive to me, but I've not had a home inspection in almost 20 years. came recommended from a good friend that used to work for , so I knew I couldn't go wrong."

"He is unbiassed he is a man of his word he exemplary with his job. Haven't met a person like that does his work with pride and professionalism and gets straight to the core of things, pinpointing the smallest details so that people can make a good decision without worries.
Thank you You are the best.

"I was directed to by my Real Estate Agent. They services were excellent, and I'd definitely give them my recommendation. My inspector, Chip , was incredibly courteous, helpful and most importantly, very knowledgable. The inspection lasted 3 hours, probably more time than he might have normaly spent, but he stayed until the job was done. The home was 1979 home that needed a veteran inspector's attention to detail that Chip provided.
The 43 page resulting report was delivered promptly after the inspection via email in a pdf format. It was exceptionally well orgainized and provided detailed explainations of the problems uncovered. It came complete with numerous pictures, including photoshopped yellow arrows where needed to pinpoint the issues described in the verbage.
I thought the price might have been on the high end at first. But upon seeing the work that Chip did and his professional demeanor, coupled with the excellent post-inspection documentation, it was clearly well worth the money.
I would highly recommend for your next Real Estate purchase. You'll get an excellent report that will be very useful during the purchase process, as well as afterwards as a home owner. Thanks for a job well done!

" stepped into a very contentious situation in which the buyer (me) and the seller of a home under contract disagreed about the validity of the results of an initial radon test (performed by another inspector). His patience and professionalism were irreproachable. He went well beyond the level of service that a merely competent inspector would provide. I am a real estate broker and have recommended with confidence to buyer clients in the past; I look forward to continuing to do so in the future, wholeheartedly and with a greater appreciation for his attention to his craft. is an expert in his many fields and he knows what he is doing."

"Mr. completed the inspection. He was extremely thorough, answered all questions on the day of, and pointed out areas of concern in person. The report was very detailed and easy to read. Recommended repairs were typed in red which truly helped when talking with contractors and the seller. Mr. has been very helpful and answered all of our questions post-inspection as well.
There was only one issue. His online report system/email account was not working properly at the onset. Unfortunately it took us a week and a half to receive the report. The good news is that the report got to us in time so that we could discuss repairs with the seller. Mr. was extremely apologetic for the disconnect in communications and made all efforts to make things right. If the communication error had not happened, there would have been "A" ratings all across.
We certainly thank Mr. for the quality service he provided."

"The inspections were very thorough and for both properties he found items that could have been problematic if not addressed. The home I recently purchased had been inspected twice prior by another firm and found a mold problem in a remote part of a closet that was part of a larger problem. This could have been a serious health issue as we have 3 children under the age of 3.
He prides himself in finding the "ah-ha's" and has made himself available as our remodel continues. Calls are returned promptly and reports on done at the time of inspection and you do not have to wait long for the report to be sent. "

"Right off the bat it is evident that is a consumate professional with years of experience and a true southern gentleman to boot. knew this was my first buying experience and took more time than most other people would to make sure I understood everything I needed to and was an instrumental part is this (supposed to be hectic) experience being the joy that it was. His inspection was done with the thouroughness that only a man with his experience could give covering even the most minute detail, but to see the report he writes and gets back to you that very same day, you wonder where he has all the time to do it. His report is not only thourough and detailed, but it as easy to read as your favorite book. He also includes an InterNational Assoc. of Certified Home Inspectors 80 page full color homeowners guide, and warrantees his work. I will say that seems to do this so that he can make sure that the home you are buying is a sound investment rather than trying to make another dollar. builds relationships, and in any "sales" environment; this is a rare occurance. In short, and his work typify exemplary service, and if he didn't inspect your home, don't BUY IT! Call him today!"

"Overall, it was good. I feel like he did generate a good report that helped us as far as purchasing the home and how we could negotiate on repairs and things like that."
