"Our entire experience with the team was first rate. When came to do the estimate for the work we wanted done, he was courteous and professional, offering us a variety suggestions along the way. The estimate he prepared was thorough and incorporated a variety of options at our request. The first group ...more that came to install all of the lights did a fantastic job. They were punctual, professional, and neat. Our lights look wonderful. When we had an issue with the timers for the outside lights that were installed (ones that we had purchased ourselves), they came back the next day to assess the problem, make a temporary fix, and at our request, order new timers which they installed. Additionally, when we called them back a week later to remove a light fixture from a cabinet we removed from our kitchen, they responded immediately, sending someone out that same day. While on site, they crew also took care of an additional request to move several sockets and switches up the wall several inches to accommodate a new cabinet. They work was more extensive than they anticipated, but the were very willing to handle our change request while they were on-site. They even arranged for one of their other crew members to come back the next day and repair the drywall, saving us the hassle of finding someone to do it ourselves. "Overall it was a terrific experience. The job foreman arrived early to make sure the job specs were correct and the work area was clear for them to begin. Shortly after the carpenter arrived and got to work. The door was very solid and well constructed. Our pony loves her new stall! The professionalism from everyone was top notch and the price was very competitive.
