"Salesperson came to my home. Measured our 2 car garage for new gutters/downspouts. He was on-time and generally seemed to know what he was doing, HOWEVER he insisted on telling how all their competitors were inferior & I requested he get to the point and not show me a video & website on his laptop and not do a drawn out lecture about his product. I'm a VERY busy man and just wanted the bottom line, which required pulling teeth, essentially. I had only a half an hour to discuss, but it seemed he wanted to take a whole hour to beat around the bush. After reminding him I just wanted the price for the 3rd time, he almost got into an argument with me but finally huffed, bit his lip, and quoted me nearly $4,000 for the job. We're very fortunate to not be short of income, so we could have afforded it. But for what it was, I thought I could've done MUCH better ... and I did. So I showed him the door, never called him back, and went with K-Guard instead (which was NOT inferior, imho... and was one of the competitors he made derogatory comments about) and cost over 50% less, fully installed. No problems with K-Guard. And that also goes for the original K-guard installation on the remainder of our home which occurred prior to our purchasing the house 6 years ago.
's commercials with the little squirrel are cute, but DO NOT let it fool you... at least not for this franchise in our area. is an overpriced product which, though it may be moderately higher quality than standard gutters, is not worth the -up they apparently charge their franchisees. Perhaps there are other franchises in the area who actually listen to customers and respect their opinions, but this one does NOT understand the primary axiom of running ANY business: The customer is ALWAYS right. I wanted the bottom line, with minimal fuss. He didn't give it to me, so I went elsewhere (and saved)."

"The rep came out to my house and offered a free inspection because he saw damage from the hail storm. He went on my roof, took some measurements and pictures. When he finished up he explained to me and my wife what he found. There was dents in my vents on my roof, my sidding is tore up, and my gutters are cracked. He told me with pictures so I saw what he saw. He gave me his information and walked me through what i needed to do next. My wife asked him to stay for the call to the insurance company and he was so helpful. We set up an appointment for him to meet with the insuarnce company and myself next week. Because there was leaking in my kids bedroom, they tarped the house before they left. There were on their A game! Everything I needed the had done in one day. I'm ready for this meeting and ready to get all of it fixed. "

"I was referred by a neighbor to have do a free inspection on my house after my area recently experienced a pretty rough hail storm. The gentleman that came to my house was so fast in replying. He inspected all of my damage, took pictures and spent time explaining what he found. He was very patient with all of my questions and was very proffessional!! After he spoke to me I simply contacted my insurance company and set up a meeting for an adjuster to come and speak with me. Instead of me dealing with it, came out and met with them to explain what was wrong with my house. I'm so glad because I would not even know what to ask or say in response. They have been such a help and a stress relief for my home. They take care of it all and make things so easy. My roof, gutters, and siding is in the process of being paid for by my insurance company with only a deductable from me and construction comes soon!! I just wanted to take a moment to refer this company to you all reading since my neighbor did me the favor first. Good Luck and sit back and relax..I take that when I can get it! "

"I called and he personally answered the phone. I told him a few things I wanted done around the house and he came to my house and took a look at what I wanted done and then gave me an estimate. When he showed up at my house to start working ,he was very personable and made sure with me that I understood exactly what work he was doing and what the estimated price would be before he started working. He took time to answer all my questions and did not rush me. He checked with me anytime there was an additional charge that was not calculated due to unforseen circumstances or additional request that I would give him. He was always punctual and always very kind and professional while he worked. All the jobs I had him do at my house could not gone any smoother or better. Everything was done to perfection and looked beautiful. From start to finish with / everything was wonderful. You never know who is going to show up at your house when you call a business and it was such a pleasure to have such a nice, personable, hardworking person come to my house!!! I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a hardworking honest person who does an excellent job at any job you need done around your house at a very reasonable price. I never once felt like he was cheating me or trying to make an extra buck. I was highly pleased with each and every job he did for me at my house. I can't say enough about and feel so fortunate that I was lucky enough to find him!!!"

" and his co-worker were great. They responded the same day I called for service. Yes, they were a bit late but that happens when you are chasing in peoples homes! After crawling through the attic and inspecting the exterior they located several birds nests in our attic / area. After making sure there were no eggs in the nests they applied screening over the entry locations to stop it from happening in the future."

"The gutters installed by our home builder were inadequate for the amount of roof area that was dumping into the gutters. We were ending up with a mud hole in our front garden bordered by our sidewalk. I called talked to the owner. He actually came out the same day while I was at work to look at the situation. He called me and said his guys could come out the next day and take care of it. They installed a larger sized gutter, with splash guards and now all the water actually lands in the gutters and is carried away. The owner was prompt about coming out and the job was done while i was at work. I'm totally happy with the results and have already recommended them."

I called her back that night and asked how much it would be to replace the gutters on the back of the house too. Very reasonable price. Her husband came out and replace the front and rear gutters. He also added two down spouts. We are very please with their work."

"I was pleased with their work. The gutters looked great. The installation was well done. I would recommend them to the others if they want permanent knit gutters, so that they ?t have to clean them anymore. I think they were a little expensive, but it was a quality product so it?s fine. I would use their services again in the future."

"They were very responsive. The owner went behind his workers to make sure that everything was done properly. He found a few places where the siding needed to be replaced. They went back and fixed that. He came out and checked on them every single day that they were working. There were no issues that we had to deal with because of this. The price we paid was a little more than some estimates that we got, but then the others did not impress us much. I think their price was excellent for the work that they did. It was very hot weather and on some days the owner would come out to stop work a little early. That was fine because they were not being paid by the hour or the day; they were being paid by the job. We have used them several times in the past."
