"Used this company through a warranty company. Was contacted promply once I put in a request for service. Had to work out a time with a tenent since the house is a rental property. Had a little trouble with timing so the service guy was a little late. Once he got there he looked over the problem and gave me a good idea of what needed to be fixed and took care of the broken spring and panel on the door quickly. He also made sure all the wires were in good shape and oiled any parts that needed care. All in all a good company to work with."

He gave us several repair options including replacing the bent door panel and the non-working opener as well as complete replacement of both doors and openers. We have an uninsulated garage and were replacing uninsulated metal garage doors. didn't try and upsell us to insulated doors. In fact he discouraged it saying we'd simply be wasting our money. The original openers were screw drives and he recommended a chain drive model. I asked about a belt drive model and again he discouraged this due to the additional cost and the fact that as the garage is separated from our house, we didn't need the quiet operation of the belt drive model. freely offered us a package discount in addition to our Angie's List discount and it was a no brainer to go with the complete change out. worked quickly and efficiently and was very friendly during the entire installation and tookl his time going over the features and routine maintenance of the system once it was installed. We're definitely satisfied with the price, quality and service of and would highly recommend them to anyone."

"Following initial repair call on 10/9, we decided to replace the steel garage door system, keeping only our garage door opener system. We confirmed our decision to the company on Monday morning and scheduled the installation for Tuesday afternoon. Subcontractor team arrived toward the end of the scheduled time due to delays at prior job but had called ahead. Not a problem. Old door system was efficiently removed adn the new track, tension bar and springs installed along with the door panels. Watching the team work, I was impressed with their methods, carefully measuring and leveling the track to assure correct alignment, a problem which contributed to the failure of the previous door. The work was finished in less than two hours and they even adjusted the opener pressure and sensitivity. Team was friendly, professional, and thorough. Old door parts were taken away, and the garage left clean."
