"I started working with
in October 2011, when my regular trainer left Lifestyle Family Fitness (now Lifetime Fitness) when club ownership changed.
picked up where my other trainer left off, providing guidance on form and sequence of exercise activities. She is professional at all times, pushing me to my limits while making activities enjoyable., and achieving improved flexibility and losing weight. I highly recommend
as a trainer.

"Overall, everything at the clinic was run very well - from calling for an appointment to parking and the results of the treatment. We have always been seen promptly and are happy to recommend other health care providers who are truly professionals. We can not recommend them highly enough."

Charlotte Personal Trainers Reviews

"They are a dump. I stay with them because my husband got us a great deal when he signed us up. There are a couple of their classes that I really like. Some of the people who work there are very good, but the facilities are not. They have a lot of equipment, but they don't maintain it well. They have improved some on cleanliness recently but everything is not quite great. They do start the classes on time. I will continue to go there because it is too cheap not too, but if they raise their prices I'll stop going."

"To start,
Charlotte Personal Trainers Provider Name Locked
let me have some free sessions to see if this was the right fit for me. He also did my initial assessment (weight, measurements, flexibility, physical capability and personal health assessment). I decided to continue my sessions and lost 10 lbs. in five weeks. Although I have some health issues, I felt completely comfortable and confident about their ability to work with me and not let me overdo it. The sessions begin with about 15 minutes of cardio and then 45 minutes of pure torture. Just kidding. They do know how to work you though and you will get as addicted as I did. I enjoyed being able to work outside on nice days as well. The workouts are never dull and they typically stick to what works best to meet your individual goals. Also, they are clearly passionate about what they do and it shows in their enthusiasm and ability to motivate. Their motto: 1 Client, 1 Trainer, 1 Goal."

"Her coaching with me was extremely successful. She did a great job keeping a positive attitude and before I knew it, I was at my goal weight and body fat (it took about 13 weeks). As a marathon runner I noticed the improvement significantly on my runs. She is also very experienced in working with competitive athletes of ALL ages (I'm 50). I am now seeing her maybe once every other month, just to make sure I stay on track. However, she has given me all of the information to make my own decisions, I just need to be disciplined enough to use them."

"I have been working out twice a week with
Charlotte Personal Trainers Provider Name Locked
for about 5 1/2 half months. Before coming to her, I had never enjoyed working out and especially not strength training. However, with
Charlotte Personal Trainers Provider Name Locked
, I actually look forward to my workout and I hope that I will one day be able to see her three times a week. I have never had the same workout twice so I am never bored or dreading some difficult exercise I don't like. Every session is a complete surprise. I injured my knee during the time I have been seeing her and not only did she help me work around the problem and tailor my workouts to accommodate my injury but she recommended a kinesiologist to to help me rehabilitate my injury without medication.
Charlotte Personal Trainers Provider Name Locked
is a great motivator but doesn't stand over me with a whip when I get tired. She is a joy to work with and I have been able to see the difference in my body ever since the third week. She constantly points out to me how my strength is changing and encourages me all the time.

"I contacted 10 or so fitness centers to see about personal training and
Charlotte Personal Trainers Provider Name Locked
was the only one to return my call. I met with her the following day and began my work out sessions 2 days later. Was very impressed with the energy level and fitness equipment at their location. It was one of the best things I have ever done. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a trainer. You got to give them a call."

"I was interested in hiring a personal trainer and contacted
Charlotte Personal Trainers Provider Name Locked
by phone. I left a voice-mail and received a return call from
Charlotte Personal Trainers Provider Name Locked
very quickly.
Charlotte Personal Trainers Provider Name Locked
provided a complimentary session/consultation and then we scheduled sessions with trainers 1-3 times per week for the next several months. The facility is extremely clean, and the sessions; which are about an hour long (including your 15 minute warm up before the trainer comes to get you) were highly motivating and effective. My schedule meant that I was often the last client of the evening, and
Charlotte Personal Trainers Provider Name Locked
, who was my trainer, always pushed me straight to the end, frequently even having me go 5-10 minutes longer if we were in the middle of exercises. The trainers are top notch, the facility is great, and the best part about FT is that you learn how to exercise on your own after several visits. They don't use any crazily fancy machines, just good old-fashioned equipment and motivation. I can highly recommend

"I've been with her for about a year and a half, my husband for about 6 months. Fee is monthly. She plans your session just for you. She works with physical limitations. She'll give you a good work out."

"we've had 15 (twice a week) sessions with
Charlotte Personal Trainers Provider Name Locked
and have really enjoyed them. Within the first few weeks, we could feel and see the difference in our bodies and in our energy levels. She is an enthusiastic and entertaining trainer. She's strong, smart and will challenge you to perform better than you ever thought you could. She constantly varies our activities so that the classes are never boring. we've used personal trainers before and the most obvious difference, and the best part, is that she does all the activities with you. We strongly recommend a better bottom line to anyone interested in feeling physically and mentally better about themselves."
