"We had them come out a few weeks earlier to clean our screened in. The unhappy and unfriendly employee did a pretty good job cleaning the screened in. He took all the furniture out and cleaned all the railings, floor and wicker furniture . When i inspected the porch and found that the cushions and carpet were not cleaned and still covered in green 
, i asked him to please rinse them. He was not thrilled but did as i asked anyway.
I had them come back to clean the porch again b/c the had exploded again. This time another disgruntled employee came to perform the job. I was not home but when i got home it looked as if the whole screened in was just soaked with a hose and left. He didn't move any furniture, cushions, or the carpet. So when he sprayed the furniture all the dirt went on to the carpet and now my soaked carpet was more disgusting. I called the office and left a message. know body called me back so i called again 2 hrs later and finally spoke to someone. They had him come back and he did another half-a** job. I don't know if i will use them again. "

" did a great job. I was pretty happy with them. They were on time. They got the work done quickly and they left. I would recommend them because they were pretty good. The thing that stood out about is that they came out immediately and got the work done quickly. That should say a lot on their availability. I ?t know if that is anything specific to them other than opportunity. I would consider using them in the future.

"The estimate was done by who made a great impression. He carefully inspected the area to be done and gave us a good price plus a discount! gave us a company profile folder that included proof of liability and workmans comp., and a number to call which was important to us. the owner came by every day. His men are did an excellent job. They were very professional, nice, hardworking, and did quality workmanship. Our house looks clean and new and the two coats of solid stain have preserved our older decks and made them look good again! We would highly recommend to friends and family and plan to definitely use them again!"

"Complete lack of professionalism. Comes across as your and he's just so busy. Well don't be fooled, he ties you in by power washing and then doesn't complete in a timely fashion. there were enough breaks in the weather. I read another review that gave him an "F" same situation. Called him numerous times, it either goes to voice mail or sometimes it says voice mail is full cannot leave a message. Folks you can do much better, others who are not satisfied please correct the inaccurate rating Mr has."

" replied quickly to my request for an estimate, and provided the lowest estimate of 4 companies I interviewed. Work was scheduled quickly, began on time and continued without any delays throughout the job. was on site several times throughout the job to supervise the crew, who were all very professional and friendly. When it looked like the exterior paint job would only require one coat instead of the estimated two, pointed this out which allowed me to save some money. He had the crew put several coats of stain on my decks, since two coats didn't seem to be covering sufficiently. Any drips or minor mistakes I pointed out were corrected. During the job, I asked the crew could remove a set of storm doors and paint my front door (which was not in my original estimate) and this was done without any extra cost. The finished product looks excellent. Overall, the and the crew were prompt, professional, courteous, and affordable. I recommend them without hesitation."

"Worked closely with us on the design; listened to our ideas and made suggestions to improve and make our new area the best it could be. We had a small back yard with a slope that made the design a bit more complicated. He and his crew were always courteous, they arrived on time and quit on time and the work was completed within the time frame he gave us. He also honored his quote for the job and he charged us exactly what he said he would.
Only one thing was neglected that we wanted: the dirt/clay under the deck was not smoothed out, and we did want that done. Their work proceeded before that area could be leveled and dressed. It should have been done before the porch and deck flooring were laid. They did try to do it after the job was finished, but it was too difficult to do and we have not been able to do it ourselves. We had designed that space for storage, but the ground is too full of clods to be of much use."

" returned my call right away to set up a time for an estimate. He arrived promptly when he stated he would for both the estimate and the work performed. He answered all our questions at the estimate, along with giving us options for replacing a board or sanding out the rough spots. I really liked that we were able to communicate through email. He provided color samples of the choices for stain and examples of his work. His price was very competitive and he offered additional value added steps like hand brushing everything, completing the work himself and following up to ensure we were satisfied. They used drop clothes and were very neat not to get stain on anything but the deck and cleaned up the area after the work very well. This was a 3 day process - 1st day to pressure wash and clean, second day to dry and third day to stain and waterproof. I will definetly use in the future and recommend them to anyone for any size job."

" indicated that they power wash the deck and would apply their product (ready seal). They had a deal that if they applied their product would come out annually and refinish our deck for us. They gave us the impression that they would come and do this annually at the same price every year at the reduced rate quoted. This warranty was the deciding factor for who we chose for the job. (the owner) was there during the estimate (not at all during the job) and you would think that he would have product knowledge about the staining color. When they started the job, they power washed the deck and only a portion of the stain came back up. They also power washed some of the paint off of the house causing my wife to touch up the job. My wife called with her concerns and he said that he didn't know or think this was going to be an issue. At that point, he asked us if we remembered the original stain that was used and we didn't because we were not the original owners. said he would bring back sample stain choices and that we would need to choose one of the sample colors. He did mention that it may take more than one coat because some of the deck was worn and some wasn't. He didn't show up at the time he said he would, but eventually did with the color choices. My wife chose a color that was similar to the deck already. A was purchased and they showed up on Monday and when they started to stain the deck, my wife called me and said that there were a few problems 1.)She over heard the workers say, "Wipe that up quick." indicating they had gotten some stain on the house again. They did not use a clean rag and there are smudges on the siding from the stain 2.) They ran out of stain and they said "F- this there's not enough for the whole deck. 3.) While working they were using a paint sprayer on the deck. We have a very small space between the deck and the carport. They did not take proper precaution while spraying. 4.) They were smoking cigarettes in the deck around potential flammable product. I have a baby boy and this is horrible. They had painted the first half of the deck that looked a lot lighter than the rest and they told us NO to a second coat that they can't get back over there. I called and he agreed that his team was not behaving professionally. He did not agree that he had miscommunicated anything else at that point. He wanted to wait until the next day. This morning the deck is still wet and sticky. Partly because of the uneven, unbrushed paint sprayer. The paint looks uneven and shoddy. They did not do a good job. I called a couple of other contractors for their opinion. On in particular guessed that it was " " before I even told him who it was. He said that if an oil spray paint was used and hit the house, then the siding would be damaged. also complained to me that they were losing $$ on the job, it is not my fault that he didn't know how the job was to be done."
