"I think their price was average. A few other people said the same thing. I thought the work went well. They were here on time. I liked their contact person very much. She followed up very well. I called her with some questions and she called me back to see if I had any more questions or concerns. That is the main reason why I picked them as they are the only ones who followed up. They were excellent overall. "

"I am the host/producer of the national PBS series, For Your Home. We recently featured a major kitchen renovation project on our show. ?s crew was faced with many challenges and met them all with great results. They installed tons of granite countertops and yards of ceramic tiled backsplash. The quality of their work was beautiful and was the crowning finish to the project. I highly recommend and Granite.

"Working with Design was and is a wonderful experience. These guys spent a significant amount of time listening to us and helping us figure out what needed to be done now to help improve the house on a budget. They are outstanding listeners, and they are giving of their time even for a relatively small job like ours. They had the best bid (we looked at 3 reputable contractors), and we had a to see several other jobs that they had done in nearby (which was stunning, by the way). Over about a month, worked with us closely to identify priorities and help us stay in our budget. He went with us to pick out materials, guided us in some of the work we did ourselves, and did all the work while we were away for 2 weeks in the summer. The evening we got home from our trip, the house had been utterly transformed. Everything was ready to use, everything was cleaned up, and and had placed a vase of sunflowers on the dining room table. Even after that, however, they have remained accessible to discuss our projects, even if they are not doing more work. Right now, they are helping us renovate a small bathroom. They pay attention to helping us update the house while retaining accents that are characteristic of the neighborhood and the period that it was built. They helped us solve problems and learn how to care for our new surfaces. I just can't say enough about these guys. They took our smallish project and made us feel as important as the big jobs we knew they were doing elsewhere in the city. They know when to listen and when to urge us in a new direction. They are brilliant designers, have flexible minds, and made us very, very happy."

"They worked out really well for me. They did a great job for me. They were easy to work with. They did great work. It was a very good experience. I spent about $3000 on the job. They were great. Their facility includes a warehouse, where you could go and take a look at the wide variety of granites. They also provide very nice deals. They were great to work with overall. They gave me satisfactory options. They were very quick and inexpensive. I would highly recommend them because they do great work. I will use them again in the future."

"We found this company through Angie's List. We went to their store to view granite selections. Our first choice was a remant piece that turned out to be too small for our bathroom, so we ended up using a new slab. They were very accomodating in cutting our countertops from the section of the slab that we wanted even thought it was not optimum for their use of the rest of the slab. The coutertops are beautiful and were expertly installed. We could not be happier. We had to reschedule our installation a couple of times and they were very nice and very accomodating. This is a great, family owned business. I highly recommend ."

"Great. Demo was alot cleaner than I thought, The tilework went well. Some of the corners were a little off so and the tile guys went the extra mile to take it down and redo it. All in all, it took a few days longer b/c of some holdup on the custom glassworks guys and the tile redo, but we are extremely satisfied. They are very professional. stayed on top of the things the whole time and the guys went over the top in making sure we were happy."

"We have used their services twice. The installers were great. They did not leave until the job was complete. We will use them again in future as their previous work was good. We even bought a dish washer from them which was installed well. We did not have any complaints with them. Their pricing was good."

"They came in, I took their design advice, worked by sections, instead of doing a whole house demo, they went in very meticulously. They put plastic sheets up to contain the dust in the demo areas (as opposed to the rest of the house). I have 2 very young kids, and the team helped keep everything contained and keep the kids away from any potential dangers. They took 3 days, and at the end of each day, they cleaned up the areas, and made everything livable. I love the sweet nature of the crew, their charisma, their friendship. They are awesome!"

"They were unique in that they had a decorator that was part of the team. She came in to look at the bedroom and the master bath and then she picked about three different tile patterns, counter tops and other pieces for us to work with. We went to her office and picked what we wanted and it all worked out very well. "

"The service was wonderful. They were professional, gave free estimates, and I would definitely use them again. They are going to give us an estimate for granite in our kitchen in a week."
