"I could see they were busy so I didn't mind waiting an hour an a half.
What I didn't expect was paying over $28.50 to patch my tire.
They did balance it also but my son paid $20.00 for the same exact service up in Huntersville last month. $20.00 is a fair price to fix a tire these days,
but almost $30 bucks to patch a tire.....come on."

"I had a roofing nail in the sidewall of one tire. I took the car to Discount to confirm what the car dealer service dept told me - that the tire couldn't be repaired and that all 4 tires had to be replaced :-(
I had no appointment, but the salesman almost immediately showed me why the one tire couldn't be plugged (puncture outside the belt area) and explained why the other 3 tires, with probably 20K miles left on them, also had to be replaced (all-wheel drive requires all tires to be same model and diameter- even a minor variation will wear out the transmission).
I had done some research on the various brands and models of tires, and salesman went through the list of what they had. I ended up buying a better-than-original-equipment tire, after discussion of the merits of several.
They were installed and I was on my way in less than an hour."

and Service on a recommendation and I proceeded to checked them out on AngiesList and I was very impressed. They were very professional, quick and responsive to what I needed. They were very clear in giving an estimate beforehand of what it would require."

"Using a $19.99 coupon (or the manager's "by appointment" special) I went in for a oil change and tire rotation, having made an appointment for 3:00PM.
The front desk person was very nice, the place clean, the price was great. BUT...an hour and a half later I was still waiting. They gave me a $5.00 discount and apologies, but if you're time is worth more than money, you might go somewhere else. Still, I DID get an oil change AND a tire rotation in ONE place for less than the going price of a oil change. It would take an hour and a half to go to two different places so I DID get a good deal. For $19.00, Yeah, I'd go back!"

"You can do better than these guys. They just don't care about good service. And no one was courteous to me.
Having gotten good service here before, I was disappointed with the way I was treated. I had taken the car here previously to take advantage of their free tire rotation service. Big mistake. They didn't tell me until the tires were ruined that they were wearing down very unevenly due to poor alignment.
I don't know yet whether I got good advice on tire selection, but the fellow who made the recommendation seemed to know what he was talking about.
I asked them to order the tires, and I made an appointment to return the next week to get them installed. When I arrived for my appointment, they had no record of me or the estimate. They did have the tires they had ordered for me, but they weren't holding them for me, and they would have sold them to anybody who came along.
I was the first person there at 7:30 in the morning. I was really frustrated with their slow pace. Much of the time, nobody was working on my car. The mechanics had plenty of time to chat, and they were all working very slowly. It took more than an hour and a half to get my tires put on. There is just no focus on customer service here. They seem to be contemptuous of their customers. You should be able to find a business that is more interested in quality and customer service.

"Front right tire was showing uneven wear. Spoke with store manager Gailor. While on a lift and his technician showed me the worn parts that needed replacing. I was quoted a price and left the vehicle. I had a call the next day advising the car was ready. After driving the car for a few miles I noticed vibration in the front end. I called and was advised to return the vehicle. When I returned the car had left for the day and I was told to call him the following am. As it turned out the vibration came from the tires I had on the car. called the following morning and apologized for the lack of communication on the tire issues.
He then went above and beyond anything I would have expected and offered to replace the bad tires at no cost to me. When I arrived to p/u the vehicle greeted me and ask that I please call him to let him know if the car was performing to my satisfaction.
I feel certain servicing and repairing my vehicle probably cost more to repair than I paid for the service.
Customer service is alive and well at ."

"As a 1st time customer I had an oil change performed by (the old Pineville Tire). the new owner recommended an extended oil change service by BG products. It came with an extra 2,000 miles and a free tow if I needed it within the next 4 months. Their mechanic recommended a timing belt and water pump replacement due to my mileage.
After checking their prices, which were very good. We decided to go ahead with the job. They did the job on time, within budget and keep us informed all along the way. It couldn't have gone better.
If this wasn't enough for you, here's what has to offer you when you go there. A beautiful showroom with a wonderful couch and leather chairs, very clean, flat screen tv with dvd player and a PS2 system. My kids played in their playroom, which is a Nemo themed room with great clean toys. To top it all off they made fresh popcorn for us in their popcorn maker. My kids didn't want to leave if you can believe that, really!
(old Pineville Tire) is the real thing. Mom's & Dad's, you can trust them, the new owner is also wonderful to deal with. They have our business for life."
