I found
with a Google
after having a bad experience with another company. My call was promptly answered and
promised to arrive in about a half hour. He arrived at the expected time with a flat-bed tow truck. I rode with him to the tire shop. He was very friendly and professional. He accepts credit card payments. Very smooth transaction.
I like to support small operators. I had a conversation with
during my ride to the shop and learned he is an owner- operator with a family. This is why I am taking the time to rate him on Angie's List. The larger companies often get most of the support on the rating sites, however
provides service that is just as good. You also know your dollars are going to put his kids through college. Please consider using

We had called a few different tow places before we called
and they either didn't answer the phone, didn't have availability or wanted an exorbitant amount of money for the tow. When we called
they answered immediately were very courteous and friendly and had a truck out to our house in about an hour.
The driver that arrived was very friendly and had the car loaded up in no time (even without it starting and no power steering / power brakes). I would definitely use them for any of my
needs in the future.

I had to have my truck towed from my house and they gave a me a discount off their standard rate due to close proximity. They inspected my engine and determined that the fuel pump and fuel filter needed to be replaced which was what I assumed was the issue. The truck is an 86 Dodge Ramcharger 150 so it could need other fixes, but they did not try to sell me on every little thing that they could do, they only fixed what I asked them to fix which is ususual these days. Great same day service and even stayed open a few minutes late because I was running late.

I enlisted the services of Tow
Charlotte Towing Company Provider Name Locked
through my AAA membership. It took an hour and a half for the truck to arrive, but I was merely waiting at home so it was no inconvenience to me (I wouldn't want to wait that long on the side of the road)! The technician tested my electrical system and informed me that it appeared I only had a dead battery. He jumped started the car with a hand-held device. I asked him to follow me the two miles to an auto parts store as I was afraid I might stall the car at a light (it has a standard transmission)! He obliged my request and off we went. It was very easy!

Car was dropped off on 7/11. Diagnostic test was run that afternoon. The problem was not a computer issue and transmission needed to be disassembled to diagnose the problem. Cost=$375 labor plus parts (that amount would go towards the final cost to fix the car).
Charlotte Towing Company Provider Name Locked
called back on 7/20 to inform me that the transmission needed rebuilding. The final cost was 1789.20. I contacted 2 other places, and
Charlotte Towing Company Provider Name Locked
's was the highest estimate (at least one of the repairs was putting in a rebuilt transmission, not fixing mine). Other estimates were $1650. and $1295. I gave go ahead a couple of days later, and the car was ready on 7/28. On 7/30, transmission fluid was found leaking from the car. Car dropped off on 7/31, and took advantage on the free rental car. Leaking was covered under warranty. They took care of the problems and were straight to the point. The rental was only free for three days. Towing was only free if the car was undrivable, so I had to drive it back for the leak.

New South was recommended by a co-worker. The car was making a hard to identify noise every now and then. When I brought the car it was not making the noise. Nonetheless, the mechanics at New South were able to diagnose the problem while I waited. They gave me an accurate estimate, and got the job done very quickly. I was impressed with their service, and will take my car there from now on.

This provider quoted a one hour wait for service to my motor club. After waiting two hours, I called and asked when I could expect a tow truck. I was told it would be an hour. When I told the person on the phone I had already waited 2 hours, he said they were busy since it was a holiday. After three hours, I called again and was told that they were on their way and were only a couple of miles away. They would be there in a few minutes. After 3 1/2 hours, I called and was told, again, they were busy. When I complained about losing 3 1/2 hours, I was told that it was a holiday and they were busy. I challenged the individual and asked, honestly, when could I receive service. He told me that he could not deal with people who were rude to him. Had he told me the truth from the beginning, there would have been no problem. After the

We really liked them because their company had a special kind of truck that we needed.
Charlotte Towing Company Provider Name Locked
, the operator, was very nice. There really wasn't a problem with the car. It just rolled down the driveway and got caught on the sidewalk. We really like them and would recommend them to anyone.

Charlotte Towing Company Provider Name Locked
answers the phone and she gives a computer map to get them right to it, shes very good! It is not very often that a company will tell you that they don't have the equipment needed for the job and then tell you who does. They did try to tow a car that was on a hill but were unable to do it with 2 vehicles. They spent quite a bit of time trying and didn't charge us. For that.
