"Had suv which needed body work in two separate locations for which I paid myself. Experience was outstanding from start to finish. Was in the lowest group of estimates for the cost and then included exterior detailing with buffing and paint touch-ups on the entire car. Repairs were made instead of more costly total replacements of parts and it looked brand new. They were exact with the cost and time to do the job. Very friendly and professional. Will use them again."

"Dropped the car off on a Saturday morning so they could begin working on it first thing Monday morning (prearranged with Bill). Was told it would take 2-3 days and they would be in touch. Did not hear from them, so on Friday, I called them and was told the car was ready, they were just finishing up. Picked it up, and the car door had been repaired and painted as discussed. However, my power locks and windows did not work, the airbag light was on, my driver side view mirror was whistling, the interior panel in the back seat was still unsecured, and my leather driver seat was badly damaged from what appeared to be a chemical spill. "The car looks better now than when I bought it years ago. I use Angie's List to locate businesses then I visit and compare them. Compared to other businesses

was a real surprise. The entire staff is professional and helpful. The estimate was lower than others, turnaround time was just a few days, work was incredible. It was suggested that in order to clean up the front fender and hood the bumper, fender and hood be stripped back a bit, repainted then clear-coated. I wondered if this was just to pad the bill at the time. The results proved the manager to be correct. Not only is there no sign of ever any damage to the back quarter panel, but the front of the car looks brand new. The front bumper and first foot or so of the hood being stripped and redone removed all road rash as promised, taking the look of the car back to new. Amazing. A few other items to note... I was provided a loaner, the car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up, and they ask that the car be brought back in a month to correct anything found and to clean it again. It turns out they can repair damage I have to one of my wheels and repaint it. I'll be back for that too. Quite a find."
