"I emailed him on Thursday and he came on Friday morning @ 11am. He determined the problem and said he would have to go get the part. Since he only works until 12 noon he would have to finish the job on Monday. I wasn't expecting that he wouldn't finish the job if he could get the part on that day. I knew his web site said he only worked until noon but I thought if he had started a job he would finish it. That was disappointing but I had access to another freezer so I stored my items there. I had already thrown out the bad items in my refrig. It was cooling but only to 55 degrees so some things could be kept in there. Since it is only me at my house I was able to control how much I needed to get in and out of the refrig. He came back on Monday and fixed the problem and everything is working fine. Be aware that if he comes on a Friday you may or maynot get the item fixed and he also is going to only work until the stated time on the other days. I wouldn't use him again if it was going to be a Friday that he was coming. He was pleasant and professional and his prices were reasonable. I understand him only wanting to work the hours he does at this point of his career but as the homeowner that isn't convenient sometimes when certain things aren't working. "
