"They are extremely professional, respectful and thorough. It was a great experience all the way around. Mrs. explains the entire process on the phone and gives you an estimate based on your number of units and vents. They were able to accomodate my desired date of service by moving some work around, which I greatly appreciated.
They arrived at 9:30 (the owner, his son, and another experienced gentleman) and worked until 3:30 pm - we have a big house. They don't stop for lunch - they work right on through. They know what they're doing and they use a "whip" to clean all of the air ducts. They down cloths, take their shoes off, and are extremely careful as they work.
They report any odd findings and will spray for mold if you request it (no additional charge but some people don't like to have the chemicals). Everyone in the family has remarked how clean the air smells now. We had a lot of construction/home improvements performed over the past 2 years and I had been waiting to complete it so that I could get this final cleaning performed. It is such a pleasure to know that I am breathing the cleanest air possible in a 32 year old house.
Great company and owner, family run business, very trustworthy and I highly recommend them. I am very picky and they were just as careful as I would be when going into someone's home.

"Crew was on time and performed the work efficiently. There was a slight imperfection in the dryer vent cleaning which was promptly and amicably resolved with just a phone call. The crew came back, re-cleaned the vent and all is well. "

"It did not go well. The technician seemed to be in a rush. The work was done on a Friday, Sunday morning we noticed that the temperature in the house was 60 degrees. I went under the house to look at the heater and the two front panels of the heater were removed and were leaning up against the heater, and there was a square peice of sheet metal by the entrance to the crawl space.
Called the company several times Sunday morning and left voice messages, they have no emergency number so we could not reach anybody. Searched the voice mail options, web site, phone book, angies list for an emergency number, but there was none. After an hour called another company to put our furnace back together and get the heat on. The other company that got the heater put back together could find no opening where the return ducts were cleaned, so we're not sure that this was done.
On Tuesday morning I noticed a clanging sound coming from the furnace. Never heard back from from my multiple voice mail messages on Sunday, so I called them Tuesday afternoon and they came out and looked at this issue, which they said was a loose piece of metal. Still have not heard from the owner for a proper appology.

"Their price was very reasonable. They did a very good job. Since we are Angie's List members, they cleaned our dryer vents for free. They also did a nice job cleaning up after themselves."

"I found this company through one of our coupons - they seemed to have very low and good pricing. They came out to clean the air ducts in our house, and also did the sanitization & deodorizer. They are definitely trying to rather get in and out very quickly than to do a high-quality job. They removed the vent covers etc. and then pretty much used a vacuum to clean the vent and the ducts. They don't have the big vacuum truck you might have seen in some commercials or advertisements so I am not really sure how effective their vacuum is in comparison to the "big truck". They also broke a switch on my blower unit, which they fixed with a workaround. They did an ok job and we seemed to notice a difference in the air quality after they were done, but they did not leave a great impression on me. Once all vents, returns etc. and "options" were added up, their pricing was not as great anymore. They also tried to talk me into getting some additional options, which I didn't take in the end."

"I found them on Angie's List. I have used them before, this was the second time. It was a satisfactory experience. The price almost doubled between the first and second visit, but the business has expanded. I might use them again but, will definitely look for other quotes on air duct cleaning."
