-Feky was great. However, the office staff is TERRIBLE. I have been trying since this appointment in August (it's now October" 6), to get them to fax a form to UT Southwestern so I can have the orthodic made that the doctor prescribed. To date, I have gotten absolutely nowhere. This office does not ever return phone calls. I have called at least six times as has UT Southwestern to get the proper form, but they refuse to return our phone calls or to fax the needed form. I am at a loss as to what else to do. I've asked to speak to the office manager, but get no calls there, and I've even asked to speak to the doctor, but he doesn't call back either. Apparently this office does not give one hoot whether the patient receives what the doctor ordered or not. .

"iDr. pokharna did not listen to a word we said, every time we said something she had something rude to say back. He got a MRI done and she couldn't even read" it and had to get the nurse to read it. He asked her to put him on MS pills she gave him every reason in the book why he should not be on them. Then months he asked again why she would not put him on the pills her reply was you never asked but he did ask and she said no. My son really does not like her he got an other referral to see the other Neurologist there but he won't take patients off of other doctors from the Conemaugh. It has been weeks since he got the referral and every time I call I am told if he wants to take him as a patient we will call you. This is so wrong.

Counselor reviews in Toronto

My wife's brother committed suicide several years before she started seeing him. He told us that his brother also had commited suicide. I believe he treated her based on his experience rather than based on my wife's symptom' s. I thought his telling us about his brouther was very un-professional.

He's the best. I've gone to him for about 19 years now. Everything is great. He's very knowledgeable and very comforting. He takes time to listen and explains things carefully. I'm really blessed to have him.

My Neurologist was unsure and felt a second opinion would help. After I had the hospital send the 4 MRIs and my neurologist send the paper work they "never got either one" My neurologist had to send them 4 times before they finally got them. The hospital had to send the disc for MRI's 2x. Then finally I was told the doctor looked at them and suggested an university. They are suppose to be MS experts but he didn't even bother so see me to

I needed to go elsewhere. I do not want to have MS but a second opinion of what he saw on the MRI's not a pat answer would have helped. I am no closer to understanding what is happening to me and i would never recommend them to anyone.

The appointment went very well. He was very clear, experience, understanding, and knowledgeable. He provided me with a clear plan moving forward. I felt very comfortable and supported. He took a lot of time during the appointment which I appreciated. The doctor was running thirty minutes late. In my experience most neurologist have longer wait times.

Dr. Habiger diagnosed my mother with a rare neurological disorder that caused her to gradually

her ability to control the movement of her limbs (a movement disorder). She suffered terribly before she finally passed away.
She had gone in to see Dr. Habiger after she fell off her bicycle. Since she was so active, she did not expect anything majorly wrong. Once in the office, Dr. Habiger examined her and made his diagnosis. He then proceeded to write the name of her disease on a sticky note, left the room, and did not come back. He did not bother to explain to her what the disease was or what it would do to her. She had to go home and Google the name of the disease he had written on the sticky note.
How any human being, especially a doctor, could do that to another human being is mind-blowing. Sure, Dr. Habiger may have made an accurate diagnosis of a rare disorder, but the part that is completely unforgivable is the fact that he had no compassion to explain the disease to my mom or provide her any measure of comfort. Would you want that for yourself or anyone you love? In my mind, he is really not suitable for treating humans.

She is over the wall fantastic. I have wonderful things to say about her. She takes me into her office, gets on her computer and shows me the spots that are on my brain. She is very personable. Even if I ask a stupid question, she doe not think it is stupid. She even gives you a hug when she sees you. She treats you like family.

Not good:
1. There were two locations for the biopsies. It took two numbing injections in one location and FOUR in another before they were numb enough for her to begin.
2. Dr.

was supposed to do a punch biopsy and instead used a tool to dig out the skin. It took 1/2 hour for her to do what should have only taken a few minutes.
3. Instead of sitting on a chair, she bent down next to the table where I was laying. I felt she was not steady while doing this procedure.
4. Toward the end of the procedure, the medical student who was assisting her had to leave. I had a friend with me during the procedure and Dr.

asked her to put on a pair of gloves to help her. All I can say is that I'm glad my friend happened to be a nurse!
5. The office staff is inefficiemt.

The Dr is not friendly, and did not spend much time with me. He didn't listen to anything I said, most importantly that I had been injured in a bad car accident, and had since had severe and chronic pain. He decided the injuries were irrelevant and began with a treatment for migraines only, none of which worked. After the initial visit, I only saw the PA. After trying his prescribed migraine prevention, I had several severe reactions to the medications and left his practice. I've since found out the migraines were from the injuries to my spine and jaw sustained in the accident. Will not recommend him to anyone.
