He says he's going to call the guys that did the installation. I get my husband on the phone with them and they try to talk him through the same faucet/valve check. When it still doesn't work they say they'll send someone the next morning- first thing. They don't come at all. They give us the run around all day. Then say they'll call us first thing the next morning. No call. When my husband finally gets a hold of someone they say they'll be there between 12:00 and 4:00 (after claiming they called). It's 4:30 now and they still aren't here- now they say 5:00 to 6:30. The company is completely unresponsive and unprofessional."

They advised me rates were $115/ hour and they could have someone out first thing the next morning between 8:30 and 9:00 am (they actually offered to have someone come out that day however I wasn't home). Sure enough they showed up right at 8:30 the next morning and completed ...more the work in about 40 minutes. They were obviously very prompt, reliable, courteous and were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. They had the required part with them in the van. My only complaint is that the service rep on the phone didn't tell me that the minimum charge is one hour, or $115. They don't prorate. I called around after the fact and many plumbers will come out and diagnose the problem and THEN give you an estimate.... I'm not sure it would have been any cheaper but it is an alternative especially for a possibly big job."
