"I paid about 1200 on the job. They were efficient. I have used them several times now and I have always been happy with their service. Their price was a little higher than what I had expected it to be. I will use them again in the future."
"I have been using . He instructed me on what I needed to do to protect the pipes from freezing, and started the ball rolling to get my heat back on. He listened to what I wanted to do and went over the options with me. I decided to update the system from steam to baseboard forced hot water, he came out on Sunday, and got right to work. Tuesday afternoon my house was nice and warm, with a beautiful new modern heating system. All the old steam pipes in the basement were gone, the baseboard heat registers looked like they'd always been there, and there was no mess of any kind for me to clean up. I am beyond impressed with "

Boston Water Heater Installers Reviews
"This experience did not go well. The hot water heater was to big for the space, because it was not measured correctly. They ripped the woodwork around the door and did not fix it correctly. They gave me some money off the job but I was very unhappy."
"They showed up and installed it in a couple of hours. Was first company of three I spoke to that didn't try to sell me a new heating system for my house. Good price, good service. I will definitely use them again."
"I didn't hire them because they couldn't/wouldn't give me a straight answer on whether I needed to replace the heating system. Tried to sell me a heating system for thousands of dollars."
"Awful. The installation went fairly well. They were a half hour late. But the worst part came after we discovered that they had messed up the hot water in our neighbor's kitchen. We called the company immediately and got their answering service. Someone calls back and tries to talk me through checking the various valves and faucets in our basement. No go. He says he's going to call the guys that did the installation. I get my husband on the phone with them and they try to talk him through the same faucet/valve check. When it still doesn't work they say they'll send someone the next morning- first thing. They don't come at all. They give us the run around all day. Then say they'll call us first thing the next morning. No call. When my husband finally gets a hold of someone they say they'll be there between 12:00 and 4:00 (after claiming they called). It's 4:30 now and they still aren't here- now they say 5:00 to 6:30. The company is completely unresponsive and unprofessional."
"I called the work in about 40 minutes. They were obviously very prompt, reliable, courteous and were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. They had the required part with them in the van. My only complaint is that the service rep on the phone didn't tell me that the minimum charge is one hour, or $115. They don't prorate. I called around after the fact and many plumbers will come out and diagnose the problem and THEN give you an estimate.... I'm not sure it would have been any cheaper but it is an alternative especially for a possibly big job."
"He returned our initial call within a couple hours and gave us an estimate of $450 for the entire job. He was very prompt with returning calls and extremely flexible with scheduling the job. There were a couple glitches having to do with miscommunication about access to the heater and the size of the new heater. He ended up doing an exchange at for a different size. He charged the additional $115 for 1) Having to bring the units up and down our basement stairs when he'd thought we had direct access and 2) Having to spend time dealing with the exchange process at "
"I couldn't be more pleased with the service and work provided to my client by this company. is very courteous, prompt and dependable. I definitely intend to use his services again."
