Allen MacPherson: "Yes, sooner or later. TVs are made in China. They're not backing up their parts because the technology is changing so fast."

George Toma"Absolutely positively, because the equipment is so complicated and the price keeps coming down."

What's the funniest or most unusual story a customer has told you about how they broke their TV?

Anthony McDonald: "With people playing the Nintendo Wii, the controller gets out of hands and smashes the screen."

Allen MacPherson: "Kids have thrown toys at new flat screens and ruined a $3,000 TV set."

George Toma: "You always have the frustrated sports person throwing the remote and breaking it. Also, people water their plants and water their TV at same time."
