"I was very disappointed with my experience. First,

provided an estimate without ever seeming to see the property or trees involved. They say they came out, but we were never contacted and the garden is behind a locked gate. I then called several times over a period of two weeks, trying to find out when they could schedule the work. They called one day in advance of wanting to come do the work, and we were going to be out of town on that day. The operator tried to talk me into having them come out anyway; again, how would they get past the locked gate, and how would they know what to do since the company had not really talked to us about the work? I have wasted time waiting for this company to get its act together."
