They repainted the window trim to fix any scuffs. They even re-hung our blinds (they would not fit in the same brackets because they are a different type of window) without our asking. They did a quality job on the installation and we are very happy with the result. Overall this project was absolutely no hassle on our end and we are extremely pleased with the result. I called over two weeks ago to repair my skylights. I was sent straight to voicemail and left a message. When I didn?t hear back, I called again ...more and this time received a message back. But when I called 5 minutes later, it went straight to voicemail. No one called me again for over a week when I left ANOTHER message. Again, no call back. It?s been another week since I called the last time. After all this rain, I now have significant water damage to my paint and ceiling. I can?t help but think that if they had been responsive, I wouldn?t have to repaint and plaster. Very frustrating!"
