"I emailed a request for service. responded with a request for time of day for service to be performed. I responded. I received no response. After several days I emailed again requesting response. After several days, there has been no response."

"Company no longer owned by , whom we liked & sat for our pets on occasion. New owner willingly filled in but sent staff to do job. Although we believe they liked & petted the animals (which we appreciated), they failed to follow feeding directions & did not give rabbits daily fresh greens we provided. Also, instead of feeding ...more hay, they were given bedding hay to eat (bags were clearly marked). Rabbits had visible weight loss when we returned. Sitters also emptied peanut shells & bird seed into laundry sink; mail was left in private office area instead of requested & marked bin provided near door; plant was damaged from lack of water. When we told new owner she seemed out of touch with seriousness of the problem, denied her workers did not follow instructions & suggested we no longer work together."

"Turned out to be a disaster. They lost one of our cats! Four days into our vacation (an important family wedding), we got a voice message from the owner of the business informing us that one of our cats was missing! We had to cut short our trip, pay for an earlier flight back home and then pray hard that our little cat was not lost forever! We came ...more home and, very very fortunately, eventually found our cat hiding in the neighbor's back porch, but she was terrified and had a florid eye infection. What was most disappointing about all good dogs was that they took no responsibility to admit that they had done anything wrong. They did give us a refund and paid our vet. Bill, but they evaded blame for the incident - they tried to blame other people who had keys to our house (none of whom were in town! ),etc. According to the proprietors, nothing like this has ever happened to them before. I hate to give anyone a bad name, but it happened!"
