is the owner of the company. He came out and did a complete top to bottom evaluation of our entire building. He went through each unit in our building and mice-proofed and bat-proofed it. He was just terrific. He was a really good person and really easy to work with. He was just incredible. They offer environmentally friendly live trapping. They come out monthly and we pay them monthly. We pay for a three-unit condominium. They are very good at explaining things and provide great service. They are amazing. They also provide lawn care, dehumidification,

harvesting, and pet exclusion services.
