was great the day of the surgery and for her followup. He kept me informed as the day went on, and was very attentive when I raised a concern during the recovery process (nothing to do with the hip surgery). This attentiveness resulted in him and his residents finding a small

cancer very early on that would likely have gone unnoticed for quite some time. For this we are very grateful, as it could very well have saved her life.

"He is professional and has a good bedside manner. He is easy to get an appointment with and is punctual. His medical and administrative staff is good, but his clinic office staff is unprofessional. They chew a lot of gum, have a lot of piercing and talk on their phone a lot."

"He is an excellent clinician because he is conservative I have not had to have surgery because it was not necessary. He is an excellent diagnostician and has managed my case in optimal fashion I am very happy with the management of my case. The office staff is very efficient in a courteous manner. They get you right in for appointments and they are very responsive over the phone."

"The doctor was great. He told us what he was going to do. He would have someone go out to waiting room to let family members know how the surgery was going. He is very professional and polite."
B
"Outstanding prep work and surgery. Follow-up by hospital was non-existent. This hospital maximizes surgery time (until 8:30 pm) without providing adequate support staff afterwards. The liaison nurse gave her cell number to my husband, however left for home well before the end of my surgery. My husband had no clue what was happening or where to find me after the procedure. The night nurse strongly suggested I stay overnight, while my insurance company was reimbursing only the outpatient costs. She had not been appraised of my discharge procedure and its associated paperwork. I was supposed to get an exercise checklist checked. It was left unchecked. Per the written procedures I got from the hospital, a nurse was supposed to call me the next day. No one did. The rehabilitation staff was supposed to call as well. They did not. I did 3 days later to get clarification on the exercises. If needed, I would definitively go back to this hospital for surgery: 6 months after the surgery my shoulder feels just great. However, I would make sure that the surgery is scheduled at the beginning of the day, not the end, to ensure support post-op."
