was responsive & reliable from the start. He promptly visited for a free estimate & patiently answered my questions, and I had many as this was my first renovation project.
Boston Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
gave me great suggestions, such as the ogee chair rail, that I absolutely love! He was very sensitive to my concern over dust from the demo & designed a plastic wall to guard the rest of my apartment. He paid close attention to the detail of the tile layout. He cleaned up after the work was completed. The result is a luxurious marble bathroom that feels like a spa experience. Highly recommended! I'll definitely call

was easy to deal with and very accommodating. I was able to schedule the work quickly and his estimate was very fair and right on target.

did a fabulous job on the tile installation, even working around an awkwardly placed electrical conduit."

Boston Natural Stone Tile Reviews

"Everything went fine; the tile was delivered as promised. We checked each delivery as we were told to and any issues we experienced were resolved promptly and efficiently through their customer service desk. We do wish that they had a more generous return policy for unused tiles. Whether it was our contractor's fault or the salesperson's fault, we wound up with a large excess of one particular kind of tile. Given the amount of money that we spent, we would have appreciated some consideration for return of the excess tiles. "

"I was referred to PKB from my real estate broker who knew
Boston Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
(the owner). We were doing a full gut renovation of a brownstone, so I needed pretty much everything-- it was very daunting. Service was most important to me-- the last time we did a renovation, I went through the design team at Home Depot and while the prices for their cabinets were moderate, the service was horrible, so the second time around, I knew better. Where do I begin?

was wonderful. What I liked most about him is that he knew what he was doing and he always had an opinion-- he has tremendous experience, has designed many kitchen and baths, and that was important to me. I came to rely heavily on his opinion. Sometime we would disagree, but that was OK-- it was important step to getting to the end. A great service is that he creates colored picture images of his designs, which really helped me visualize the color and placement of things much more so than the black and white print outs that I got from some other kitchen places. I must say my kitchen ended up looking pretty much like the pictures, so there were no surprises. I love how everything came together.

's service was top notch. Even when I was uncertain and changing my mind back and forth and back again,
Boston Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
always stayed with me and worked with me until I got to where I needed-- I never felt pressure to make a decision. He was incredibly patient-- I thought I would drive him crazy at times, but never did. I ended up with beautiful results. Even now that the project is done, I still am emailing him for his advice on other kitchen related things. If you value service and guidance and quality, I would strongly recommend PKB. I would use PKB again in a heartbeat.

"Nick came over for the estimate and I was expecting another contractor to not show up and not call. But he did show up and he was on time. He was on time every day for the project and easy to contact. We hired him because he had excellent references. There was also a photo of a kitchen he worked on that was beautiful. Only thing was we had to wait a few months to fit into the schedule. Nick discussed the plans in the mornings before they started. He is a good communicator and easy going. They did a good job with dust control. The floor was refinished and that was a nice surprise. It was previously a disaster because it had sticky vinyl covering it. (I spent weeks scraping this glue off.) They also did a nice job installing the bead board and my cabinets. It took two weeks to finish their work in my kitchen, then a few more days for plumbing, etc. once the granite was installed. It was within the estimate and quality work. Very reasonable."

"They did a beautiful job on my counter tops. I really like that they were able to use almost all of the granite we bought. There were some small pieces left and they hauled it off. I just love what they did and should never have to replace it."

"We first went on a Saturday morning and waited 20 min. for a salesperson (you need one, no prices are marked.) She was informative but clearly in a rush and after a few minutes she said we had to go assist other customers and suggested a visit during the week. Since they close at 5:00pm and we work, the best we could do for a second visit was leave work early to be there at 4:30pm. There was only one other customer when we arrived, waiting to be helped. After a few minutes a sales person showed up. She talked briefly to the other customer, who then left, and the sales person left the room without even acknowledging our presence. We waited for about 7-8 min. before she came back. It took us about 10 minutes to get minimal information because she would leave after each vague, uninterested answer. By the third time she left the room, the only thing we got out of her was that she did not recommend the marble we liked. We went from feeling humiliated to infuriated, so we left. For good."

came out to my condo and took some measurements. He looked around and presented me with a perfect color stone which matched the maple cabinets as well as my brick walls. About a week later he returned with his crew and the countertop as well as a commercial grade undermount sink. His prices were about 10% lower than others, he finished quickly and even returned a few weeks later to drop off some sealant I ordered through him. Overall,
Boston Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
was great to deal with, kept me in the loop and was very neat and professional. I highly recommend using
