, her crew, and her subcontractors were very efficient, speedy, and did a great job. Everything went pretty much on schedule. The whole project exceeded our expectations."

"Poorly. I tried to place on order on a Friday, but the saleswoman was not in the office. My information was taken, but I was never called nor were my phone calls returned. The following day I went to their office again and placed the order.
A week later the materials were to be delivered. The gravel and sand were delayed a day. Pavers were delivered 5 days late (13 days from original order); however, they were the wrong pavers, and were left in my neighbors parking spot, rather than were I had indicated.
After 2 phone conversations, and 5 voicemails to Ibel at , over the course of a week, she stood firm that the pavers that were delivered - without any packaging or other indication of what they were, were the ones that I ordered and it was Cambridge Pavingstone's fault for misrepresenting the color and style in their catalog."

"Very pleased with this contractor. Interviewed several contractors who could replace patio with pavers or stampcrete; some large companies, others small outfits. O' (a partner in his company ) stood out immediately as an honest, straight-talking businessman and artisan who was actively involved with the daily construction tasks and the technical guidance of his work crew. Checked out several other of his recent job sites and were quite impressed with the workmanship. Mr. O' guided and recommended to us how to fashion a beautiful new patio and staircase from the house porch. As the job proceeded the crew was very accommodating to our wishes and minor changes in plans. It was quite clear that one of this company's top priorities is customer satisfaction. When problems arose they consulted us and together we agreed upon economical and aesthetically acceptable solutions. Always considerate of noise, dust, and impact upon neighbors."

My retaining wall was broken by workers on a neighbor's job. was recommended by a neighbor whose backyard he had redone into a patio with stone paving and built wooden planters. They found him super nice to deal with, clean and careful, and very reasonably priced. I agree! Showed when he said, has a good eye for design, cares about the work. This small project took a bit longer than expected due to summer scheduling, but he kept me informed, presented and discussed all options, was thorough in his written communication and responsive both by email and phone. He even took the time to research the source of the Ipe wood due to my concerns about sustainable foresting, although it was just one board. Also advised on plans for back yard and referred excavator, no charge. I'd definitely recommend and hire again."

"The grading works perfectly. They did an expert job. They did a really good job on the tree trimming as well. They continue to be excellent to work with. They are very prompt and hard working. They are experts in the work they do. I have never seen people work as hard as they do. They are skilled across the board whether they are doing large bulky work like moving boulders or precision work like grading the landscape. They charge $29. 50 per hour, per man."

"I have used several other landscape designers in the 30 years I have lived in my home. Until I worked with , no one really listened to what I wanted, and the results reflected that. But understood the look that I wanted, and she followed through with an extraordinary attention to detail. Everything came in within our budget. Friends ask if the house has a makeover, but it's just 's work on my dream garden that sets the house off so beautifully!"

"We hired the contractors to install retaining walls for parking, stairs, and brick patio. Part of the retaining wall and a big mess were created. We initially met with their representative and came to an agreement. We furnised a 60% down payment. They plans were delayed under a stop work order, as we had to attain additional permits. In the construction, middlesex placed a very large pile of dirt in our neighbors yard. We paid them to hire a subcontractor to remove this earth. We paid $3500 for this work. We were given permission to continue to remove all of the dirt from our neighbors yard with that subcontractor. They have stopped responding to our calls and providing requested information. They have not provided us with the name of the subcontractor -we've already paid for that work."
