Helped us with buying the tub, sink, toilet, vanity, lighting. He ran good coordination with the subs, and kept them on schedule. All work first rate. Finished on time and on budget. "Everything started very well. responded quickly to phone calls and emails and gave me great confidence after our initial walk-through and discussion about the type of work I wanted done. He promised a lot of small things initially that didn't end up getting done or only got done because I had to make an ordeal about it. We had discussed the entire condo being painted, and at some point, I sent him colors for every room. At no point until the end did he explain that he never thought of the bathroom was part of the original deal. As the work progressed, I flagged for him certain things that I wanted to be sure were corrected--e.g., paint splattered on floor before they put a coat of polish on the floors, painting in the bathroom being pretty sloppy, a lot of paint on new doorknobs, crooked outlet covers, removal of blue tape from fans--unfortunately, much of this didn't get done. I was grateful that he did, however, fix some crown molding in the kitchen that I had been unsatisfied with, but it took some work to get him to agree to fix it. He also showed up more than an hour late to two meetings that we had scheduled. I had left work in order to meet him, so I was not thrilled to have to wait. I was also surprised that painting the bathroom showed up as an additional cost. The other thing worth mentioning is that some of the beer in my fridge was missing. To his credit,

took it seriously, had a long conversation with his staff, and made sure to replenish the supply. I appreciate the efforts he took to address the issue quickly. At the end of the day, the quality of some of the work was excellent, but other work was a little sloppy. In particular, I will need to pay someone else to have the bathroom repainted and to clean up some of the painting on the window frames and floor moldings."

In particular, I was pleased with how diligent they were in preparing the painting surfaces, caulking and filling any and all gaps in the exterior woodwork of the house, repairing damaged stucco, and replacing a few rotted shingles. When they finally got to painting, they followed our color instructions and were very detailed oriented in terms of the trim, windows, and other border surfaces. Also,
