I appreciated the responsiveness, strong work ethic, organization, and personability of , the owner of the company. arranged to come to my home for an estimate within a day or so of my calling. After her visit, she said she would follow-up ...more with an e-mail that evening to provide the cleaning quote. She did. Actually, her e-mail was down so she called me to deliver it by phone. This scored even more points; most other companies would use this as an excuse for not being able to respond as promised. When I decided to hire her for the job, she was able to accommodate me quickly into her schedule. On the day of the cleaning, her two workers arrived and did a fantastic job. Though the initial cleaning cost was higher than the others I was quoted, they did an outstanding job and I believe the quality of their work is better than the less expensive ones would have delivered. I highly recommend them!"

I called her back & said it wouldn't be easy since I just woke up, but that if that's the best they could do, that would be fine. An hr later, I called the office to ask where were & never received a response. I called the office 5 ...more times & left a message once. I finally reached a person at the office & a team member called my cell phone telling me they would be arriving a 1/2 hr later. They finally arrived at my place 1 1/2 hrs later when I was specifically told they would have to come at 10:30 or not clean my place at all today. I have requested to speak with the mgr a few times but each time I have not been put through to speak with her. Due to my experience with punctuality & responsiveness, I ll not be using them again.
