"Generally, these guys were great. Extremely responsive. Friendly as can be. Efficient. Not a lot of talk. Due to some snowstorms, they had to cancel and called ahead to explain and reschedule. Always arrived on time. (Their plumber was the only one whose schedule seemed a bit erratic, so on plumbing projects, I would insist on appropriate communication up front.)

"Unfortunately, the problem was far larger than just removing pieces of drywall, patching, and repainting. Due to extensive water damage from insulation that had retained water inside the wall, Nir had to remove the entire wall on the first and basement levels of my home, including moldy insulation, which he did and called to let me know that was what needed to be done. He left the area very clean and put up plastic to contain the space, which was extremely helpful and made it possible to live with the situation. At that point, I had some decisions to make about more extensive repairs and I moved to using a General Contractor for that. I would highly recommend NIr for jobs that do not require a GC."

"After tearing open the wall and cutting jagged holes in the backs of rather expensive kitchen cabinets, he left, saying the job was too big for him. He did not clear up any demolition debris and even left open bags of moldy wallboard in my living room. The initial problem was mold behind the wall. He left with me with the problem of mold dispersed throughout the living area and an unusable kitchen."

"They did a great job. With the extent of the work and custom fixtures, it did take a bit longer than we had originally expected it to, but the work done was exceptional! They quickly gutted the existing bathroom, leaving us without a shower for several weeks, but we still had use of the toilet. They lined the path to the bathroom with paper to help minimize the dust and dirt of such a major renovation and kept major equipment and supplies contained on the back deck or in a small section of the kitchen, later removing all of it (including garbage) as part of the well-written contract. They worked with us, changing aspects we didn't like initially, always willing to work with us as our vision for the bathroom changed, even letting us pick out and buy some fixtures (our choice) ourselves. Overall, a very professional team and a job extremely well-done..."
