"The fence came up pretty well. However, it seems to go up. It is level but it is about 4 inches on one end up off the ground about 2 inches on the other. The person told me that that was the only way he could level the fence."

"They were quick to give an estimate, slow and very poor at communicating the install date but showed up on the appointed date to do the work. I would say that I am basically happy with the finished project. One of the gates was not installed to spec (it is smaller than estimated). My main gripe is the lack of communication between the lead person and me during the process. He gave me less than 48 hours notice that they were going to start. I had wanted to give my neighbors more notice that the fence would be down so they could make plans for kids and pets. The workers were good and quiet. They did not say that they would leave me with no gates over the week or that one gate was made too short."

"The price was the best I could find in the city considering the location and site challenges. The quality of work was excellent but the prefabrication of the materials was poor. The actual wood was of poor quality. The installers were on time, polite, and helpful with suggestions and options rather than limitations. Work was done while I was gone, but everything was installed as we had discussed. There was a follow-up call which was helpful. I am in the process of taking them up on an offer to do additional stabilizing of the fence, but I'm having trouble getting them back."
